Stopped here to grab a quick steak Burrito and chicken bowl to go and was in and out in 5 minutes and the experience was smooth. Portions were generous and the food was delicious. The only downside is the prices are getting expensive.

I’ve always loved chipotle and never had many issues other then a little business and irritability from employees which I completely understand as I’ve worked in the food industry my entire life. I’m overly polite to the employees and they rushed me through my entire order. I’m bringing the wrong food to my pregnant sister because they wouldn’t take 20 extra seconds to remove the rice, they just proceeded to grab the wrong rice with their glove and toss it back into the bowl. I’m not worried about sanitation it honestly just felt super disrespectful. I hope this store improves and finds either more staff, or a more understanding one because I love chipotle.

Staff seems like they hate helping ppl and the food is hit or miss. Also the portions are inconsistent. 1 day I get a spoonful of rice next I get barely anything.

Remember when Chipotle was good every time? Past 2 years I have been pretty unimpressed! Tonight’s experience though deserved a write up….Took a big bite of my chicken taco and the pico was rotten…. Terrible! I spit it out….called the manager to make sure she put it her own mouth… because then she would know the taste… can’t even describe how gross!

It's the worst place to work. never think about this atmosphere as a first job for your kid. Its too toxic!! General manager brianna and the assistant gm emily are the worst leaders ever. I'm so glad I don't work for this toxic place anymore. It was hell daily!!!! don't let your kids work here!! they terminated me on November 7th 2023 but they say I was fired 1/4/2024 this year. lies. I was in their system without my knowledge for 2 months!! NOTHING HAPPEND! This store needs to loose everyone and start over. Jeff the field leader never does his job either. He brushes anything that happens under the rug so he doesn't look bad. Will give you the run around. Nothing happend with my situation because Chipotle is full of the wrong people. If I was the ceo Brian I would get rid of the whole store. terrible place to work. terrible. the management is so bad and lie.
