I stopped in around 5pm on 9/2 and ordered the Bold & Buffalo salad. The two gentlemen at the counter were very pleasant and made the salad very good. I went outside to enjoy the beautiful weather and my salad. After a few bites and looking forward to more bites, a bee decided to join me. Before I could get inside, the bee won and stung me and the salad bowl went flying on the ground unfortunately. No fault of the establishment but I had to leave immediately. I did inform a staff member of my mess, so Thank you for not only making a good salad but for having to clean up my mess. Bee 1 - Me 0 Ps. I would recommend the Bold & Buffalo.

I’m a long-standing huge fan of Crisp & Green however, this most recent visit was rather disappointing. From their app machine not working, no longer offering reusable bowls and silverware, to the compost bin not being an option for garbage, to the lettuce being somewhat brown.

Food was good BUT my issue with this location is that I ordered my food online at 10:35am said it was going to be ready in 20 mins. I arrived, called and they told me they would be out in a couple minutes. I waited in my car for 10 mins, I decided to go in because that’s already a long time for curbside and I talked to one of the line workers and they said it should be a couple more minutes. I waited there for 25 mins for my online order and to be passed up by people walking in, ordering and receiving their food before my online order is crazy. On top of that there was at least 6 other people waiting for their order. I won’t ever come back, they weren’t working fast enough for me and to be waiting a total of 35 mins for two salads and smoothie is ridiculous. Save your money and go to chic fil a!

We encountered the WORST experience at this location on 8/19/25. I ordered lunch for me and my coworkers online and went to pick it up. The food was promised at 12:47pm, I arrived at 12:45pm. Upon arrival, I overheard one of the managers mention they were having printer issues with the online orders so they are behind. At 1:15pm, the printer seemed to work and all the online orders printed to be made. Some of us tried to go through line and have them make our food but the team refused, saying the online orders would now be made in the order they were received. I continued to wait, one girl asked my name 3 times, which seemed like she was checking to make sure my order was in the queue. At 1:45, which is now an hour after my 3 bowls were promised to be ready, I still did not have my food. I asked the girl if my food is being made and she said “It should be”, to which I responded that I’ve been waiting an hour. I witnessed other people arrive after me and pick up their online orders and leave. One guy started to complain loudly that he was waiting for 15 min and he got his food immediately. My food wasn’t ready until 2:15pm, almost an hour and a half after it was promised. When the food was ready, they missed sides that we ordered, which I caught before walking out. When my coworkers opened their bowls, the extras we paid for were completely missing, so I was overcharged for food that was late by an unreasonable amount of time and there was zero empathy from the staff. I will never visit this place again.

I generally like Crisp & Green. It's over priced but they have a decent variety of ingredients and healthy options.
I did an online order which included a tip and upon getting home with the order, I was very disappointed. I customized the salad and they included the deleted items and did not add the substitution I ordered. Also the avocado was so non-ripe and inedible. The salad was overall just poorly made.
Very poor experience. I will take my business elsewhere.

STAY AWAY! This place has really gone downhill! I placed an order online that was supposed to be ready at 6:08, I got there a 2 minutes early so I asked a member of the staff if they were working on it. He told me they were so I waited for 10 minutes.when it still wasn’t ready, I asked another staff member who assured me they were working on it. I waited 10 more minutes and it still wasn’t ready. I talked to another staff member who was very rude and told me that they place their “to-go” orders on the shelf, I said, “it’s not there, I checked as soon as I got here.” Then I talked to another guy who finally gave me my order at 6:30, only to come home and have to toss it out because it’s clearly rotten! The opposite of crisp and green, ROTTEN AND BROWN!

Maple grove Mn location….this place is going downhill fast. They do not care how long you wait in line. there were 7 people but only one was making salad. You will stand there and wait 15-20 minutes. They don’t care. They are a bunch of young kids that don’t seem to hustle, but want you to tip at the end. The floors are dirty. The garbage is always overflowing. One girl dropped a bunch of lids on the filthy nasty floor, and proceeded to put them back on the counter, where she then proceeded to put them back on salads. I told her she can’t do that. It’s a health violation. She didn’t seem to care !! Somebody needs to get a hold of this franchise quickly… And get some people in there that know what they’re doing and know how to keep the store clean or it’s gonna go under. These kids need to be taught how to hustle it shouldn’t take 20 minutes to get a salad!! This is a reflection of bad management and if it doesn’t get resolved, this place will go under!! FACTS!!
The food is phenomenal! The service is atrocious. Like, wildly bad here. It’s like every employee has ZERO communication skills.. I’m not looking for someone to strike up a full on conversation with me or anything like that - but basic customer service standards like “Hi, welcome in” or “how can I help you?” or even a smile would go a long way. No employees even acknowledge your existence unless you go out of your way to ask for them to make your order when you have been waiting for some time. After asking if they can make the order, they will simply walk away and not say a word to you to let you know if they are going to take action… or take a break. It costs nothing and requires no special skills to be friendly and offer to help paying customers. Customer service 101 is needed badly at this store. You have capable people! Give them the tools they need to create a great experience - because the food and offering at C&G is incredible! I’d be here more often but literally have to ask myself “do I want to deal with them?” before making my decision. You got this! I believe in you!!

Today was my first time ever at a Crisp and Green. I am from New Jersey out in Minnesota for a couple days and I love Salad Works at home so figured it would be the same. When looking at the menu a noticed all the premade salads options were around $13 each. When I asked the worker a few questions she was rude right away. Then i asked if I could do build your own she said yes pick your base and four items. I picked iceberg lettuce, tomato, blue cheese crumbles, corn and buffalo chicken. Then asked for blue cheese dressing she said they don’t have that as an option how does a salad store not have blue cheese dressing? Then when i got to the register they said $18 I did not get anything else except the salad. I said how is it $18 dollars I was told the corn, blue cheese crumbles and chicken were extra cost. I figured it was similar to Salad Works were build your own is pick any 5 items no up charge for different items. Then when I took out cash to pay I was told they don’t take cash! I had to pay with card only do they charge a service fee for using a card? I did not get a receipt so I am not sure if they do. Between the workers attitude and demeanor and the price for a basic salad it was a horrible experience.

Solid place to get healthy lunch food! The bowls are very flavorful with tons of combinations and fresh ingredients. Everything is focused around health which is great. The smoothie however wasn't that good, and the food is on the pricy side of course. But otherwise a solid spot!
