Do not come to this C&G location. This is by far the worst one I’ve been to. I ordered a to-go salad and the employee preparing it was rude and dismissive, giving me an unpleasant glare throughout the interaction. When I asked for a little more of certain ingredients, I was given only half a scoop yet charged the full amount. I asked for a little extra dressing and they told me it would be a charge? This location is extremely cheap and does not put a generous amount.
To make matters worse, I found a hair in my salad. The restaurant itself was extremely dirty—there was water leaking from the ceiling, leaving the floor wet and unsafe. The bathrooms are consistently unclean and frequently out of toilet paper.
I reached out to customer service via email and never received a response. Overall, this experience was absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable.

When this place first opened it was well staffed and ran efficiently. Now on a Sunday lunch hour the service is slow and inefficient. Lately the salads don’t have all the ingredients according to the menu. Overall management has let this place go to shit and the customer service is crap.

Me and my mom met up with my sister here today and I ENJOYED this place! I have been trying different places since moving here to Minnesota. Walking in this place of business, it was clean, well put together, they were working together as a team which is always good to see, and the food was so fresh. I have to say, for the quality of the food, the price was magnificent. 4 bowls with extra fixings, was only $80. I’m special needs and they were so patient!! After seeing my mom have something on her bowl, they asked if I wanted to open mine and add it.

I need a refund but nobody will answer the fricken phone . I’ve called like 30 times , I placed an order for delivery a they canceled it and said I need to contact the store for a refund !! Please help this is more than ridiculous. I spent over 40 dollars !!

On 11-06-25 me, my husband and three kids decided to eat salad and thought crisp and green was a perfect pick. First I want to acknowledge that the place was clean and quiet with no one standing in line. Which shocked me, but anywho me and my family encounter a staff standing waiting to serve us. Her name is Michelle, she was impolite and irritated having to make our food. I asked her to have a little bit of patience with my 8yr old who only had a kid rice and chicken bowl (very simple) Michelle continued to roll her eyes and blow her breath and slang the food in the bowls each time she had to fix them! Her energy was horrible towards us for no reason. I thought maybe she's tired or she had a long day. Either way working in customer service, customers should at least get decent service which a smile and a little patience could have fixed. By the time it was my husband turn to fix his bowl he changed his mind, he lost his appetite due to Michelle's behavior towards us. Im not saying I won't ever eat here again but I will say it'll definitely be during a early day shift if night shift is hers.
