I need a refund but nobody will answer the fricken phone . I’ve called like 30 times , I placed an order for delivery a they canceled it and said I need to contact the store for a refund !! Please help this is more than ridiculous. I spent over 40 dollars !!

On 11-06-25 me, my husband and three kids decided to eat salad and thought crisp and green was a perfect pick. First I want to acknowledge that the place was clean and quiet with no one standing in line. Which shocked me, but anywho me and my family encounter a staff standing waiting to serve us. Her name is Michelle, she was impolite and irritated having to make our food. I asked her to have a little bit of patience with my 8yr old who only had a kid rice and chicken bowl (very simple) Michelle continued to roll her eyes and blow her breath and slang the food in the bowls each time she had to fix them! Her energy was horrible towards us for no reason. I thought maybe she's tired or she had a long day. Either way working in customer service, customers should at least get decent service which a smile and a little patience could have fixed. By the time it was my husband turn to fix his bowl he changed his mind, he lost his appetite due to Michelle's behavior towards us. Im not saying I won't ever eat here again but I will say it'll definitely be during a early day shift if night shift is hers.

I rarely get crisp and green, maybe once a month. But every time I get it something is wrong. This time the chicken was so over salted I had to take it all out. Other times: rotten shrimp, too much dressing, incorrect ingredients, overcooked or over seasoned. I don’t know…
Not as good as the Wayzata location. Counters are dirty and nothing looks appetizing.

Absolutely disgusting. Went here Thursday night. The guy making my salad was rude. He act as if I was bothering him to do his job. The shrimp size reduce from medium to extremely small but no change in price. The store is not as clean as it use to be. Not happy with paying $20 for a salad but would’ve continued because it used to be worth it. NOT ANYMORE! This restaurant will never get another dime out of me.

Probably my last time eating here. The customer service is just terrible. Its like robots working. No one helps anyone unless theyre forced too. I asked for double chicken which she didnt do and she barely even gave me any chicken. I had to ask someone else to give me more, so at that point i shoulsnt even be paying for it. Ontop of its claimed to be healthy yet almost everyone of their sauces have seed oils. For $17 salads you don't even use high quality ingredients let alone organic produce that isnt sprayed with chemicals. All the owner does is reply with the same BS response from all the other reviews I've seen. Be better.

The service was fine, the atmosphere was good but i ordered my regular order (the bold and the buffalo) which i usually love but it’s overloaded with buffalo sauce.. typically the buffalo sauce is only on the chicken and you’re asked if you want extra but i was not asked. I can’t even taste the ranch. Also the smoothie is very underwhelming. $44 spent to just be half eaten and thrown in the trash.

I stopped in around 5pm on 9/2 and ordered the Bold & Buffalo salad. The two gentlemen at the counter were very pleasant and made the salad very good. I went outside to enjoy the beautiful weather and my salad. After a few bites and looking forward to more bites, a bee decided to join me. Before I could get inside, the bee won and stung me and the salad bowl went flying on the ground unfortunately. No fault of the establishment but I had to leave immediately. I did inform a staff member of my mess, so Thank you for not only making a good salad but for having to clean up my mess. Bee 1 - Me 0 Ps. I would recommend the Bold & Buffalo.
