Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Poor hygiene. I went here to get a blizzard, Watched them drop the cup on the ground before filling it up then continued to fill up the same cup. After filling up the dirty cup and over flowing it, he whipped off the sides of the cup with a dirty wash rag they had sitting in the counter. So gross will not be back there.

Had my husband pick up a birthday cake for my daughter. Found a plain one in the cooler and asked them to add a “6” and sprinkles all over. They were able to accommodate and then informed him after the fact that they were not the cake artist - umm no shit?! I could have done a better job blindfolded and with my non-dominant hand. This is terrible. They should have communicated this to him prior to attempting and we likely would have chosen a different cake. 🙄

Though it tastes good, Who gets a chicken strip salad bowl and it’s shredded lettuce , seriously.?? This is my go to at DQ. First time with shredded lettuce.
At least 3 hrs north they know what lettuce pieces are.

It was not busy inside but had a line at the drive thru. Service was excellent, they went the extra mile for my grandkids with the sprinkles they wanted and making one of their long handle spins into a short handle for my granddaughter. All around good experience for both me and my grandchildren. Thank you Dairy Queen staff.

The dining room here is filthy every time. The employees are generally miserable, rude and you are left feeling that you're bothering them by coming in to eat. We will not go back to this location again because the large male who appears to be a manager stared directly at a female in our party for the entire time we waited in line. It was very uncomfortable.

I order a 6 piece chicken strip basket and I asked for extra ranch usually that means I’d come with 3 because a 6 piece comes with 2. Food came out fast which was nice! Fries were a little soggy and cold; I only got one ranch wasn’t a big deal. The staff didn’t see to be happy took and when I came in we weren’t greeted or smiled at when the dude took our order. I also work at Dairy Queen I feel like these things are expected….

Avoid this place at all costs.
1) They charge way more than what the drive thru menu states. The 6 piece chicken strip meal said it was $9 and some cents on the drive thru menu and they charged $11.79 for it. I would have had no idea had I not looked at the receipt as it doesn't show up anywhere on the screen while ordering.
2) their prices are disgusting for what you get. Over $5 for a small blizzard!
3) the employees are screaming at each other.
4) they messed up the order. When I brought it in to say they gave me a 4 piece instead of 6 piece meal, they opened it and examined it with their nasty hands all over the box forever like I can't count. When they finally decided yup that is 4 and not 6, they made the 2 additional like I had done something wrong.
Awful place.

Loved the remodeled bathroom! The sticky floor was also neato! I'm really glad the guy taking our order at the counter decided to wear an airpod so he couldn't understand us, silly!

A couple staffs were new so I get it but there were a couple who were not friendly at all. No smiles, no “hello”, no “thank you”. They didn’t care to take my order while I stood by the register for a good 5 mins when there were no other customers besides me and another parent with 3 kiddos. The place was a mess. There were trash everywhere on the floor and spills at some areas of the floor with no signs.

I ordered a simple order two large coke. When I got to the window to pay I waited for 40 second for staff member to come to window to collect payment so I could go about my day. A young gentleman waited on me to collect payment, I gave him my phone to do Apple Pay, it took him 20 seconds and I'm already suspicious, he gave me my phone back and than ask for it back and than someone else staff member come by and takes my phone and my phone was out of my sight 50 seconds and if they did something they were not suppose too and cross path, I'm going to escalate the issue to corporate. This is completely unacceptable. I would like to request for the store manager or district manager to contact me back. I got distress while my phone was out of my sight. If I didn't keep my cool I would make huge scene and cuss your staff member out. I'm not happy because why can't they just be present with my phone in front of me and so I could tab my phone on Apple Pay. You better check your cameras to make sure your staff member is honest and didn't go through my phone. If something happens to my phone or my phone got hack etc... Two large drinks and simple orders and I had to wait 2 mins and 15 seconds.
