UPDATE: After this review they asked me to give them another try and I did, BIG MISTAKE! Again I ordered the Peanut Buster Parfait. And again no peanuts and when I asked for more the lady was so rude and disrespectful! I had 3 peanuts my first layer of hot fudge, 8 the next and a few more at the bottom! Another note, I ordered a small chocolate dipped cone at the DQ in Delano, It’s the same size as a large at this DQ!! And the servers there are pleasant and smile and thank you for your business! Won’t get that here! NEVER AGAIN!

Portion sizes keep getting smaller and smaller! I remember when I used to order a peanut buster parfait, the ice cream filled the cover and you had so many peanuts!! Now you hardly get any peanuts and should you ask for extra, you’d think you were asking for gold for how rude the servers act. The last young man was not friendly at all and so rude!! I keep hoping it will improve but after this last time, I’m done!!! They need to go to the DQ in Delano, they have great customer service and don’t skimp on their orders!

You know, I’ve gone here 5-6 times now and the customer service is not good. The employees have been slow, messed up my orders, been unable to make blizzard I’ve requested and overall have completely soured my experience here. Tonight I ordered a royal chocolate brownie extreme and it was way under filled, had raspberry/strawberry juice in it, and very little actual pieces of chocolate. I will not be returning.

Twas a swanky experience. The pumpkin pie blizzard is fabulously delicious.

Me and my grandma came to the Maple Grove dq and my grandma ordered a a caramel Sunday gave her chocolate I ordered a fish sandwich they gave me fish and they threw our food on the table and took the tray

Horrible service. Friend of mine oredered his food and they brought him the wrond chicken strips. The guy who brought em through em on the table wlaked away to fast for him to tell him it was the wrong order so he said oh well ill just eat the plain ones they brout me. Ten minutes later the old man from behind the counter who had been yelling at his staff the entire time brings out the right order, cant figure out whos it is cause were all eating, finally understands what happend came over snatched the food they brought out for my friend while hes eating it throws down his right order walks away and tossed the rest of the meal they took into the garbage. VERY VERY UPSET!!!!!

One of the employees literally yelled at a customer “We’re busy!” After he had been waiting a long time for his food. Another employee told us that they only had one trey because “they don’t like doing dishes” (his words not mine). The bathroom toilet wasn’t flushed, overall it wasn’t the greatest experience.
