I have been been going to Dairy Queen for over 40 years. This was my first time going to this location in many years. This is the first time I have ever received a blizzard that was half full. I am not sure if the employee didn’t know what they were doing or if this was a cost savings measure. I don’t think we will be back to this location.

Found verryyyyy long blonde hair in ice cream cone. My hair is black. I’m feeling really nauseous right now.

The male with short blonde hair working at 3/19 in the evening was extremely rude. We ordered the cake in a cup and he refused to make it. He told us it’s too much work and we can just order the cake already made instead. We didn’t want a full cake. He said we will have to order something different. We have ordered the cake in a cup several times in the past from that location. He just was lazy and didn’t want to make it.

What kind of dumb people do you have running this place? I wanted a chicken strip basket with a side of garlic parmesan sauce. it's literally a sauce and tossed combo basket with the sauce on the side And they said they couldn't do it. Are you kidding me? How dumb do you have To be to not know how to just not put the sauce on the tenders! I started to give your company a chance again but honestly this is so freaking dumb that I will never be back to your garbage hole of a restaurant.

A good, typical Dairy Queen.Staff were accommodating, and the food was decent. My go-to is the flamethrower burger with cheese curds and a Starry or Dr. Pepper. If you're looking for a blizzard, I recommend the brownie cupfection or an oreo cheesecake blizard.Family friendly. I imagine it would be difficult for a wheelchair to navigate at some points in the restaurant. Small parking lot that is joined with the small business center. I had no issue finding parking.

Typical somewhat dated dairy queen. Clean restaurant, staff was all very kind and welcoming. With one group ahead of us we did not have much of a wait to place our order or receive our food. We ordered a Flamethrower Burger, Mint Brownie and Reese's blizzards. The blizzards were good as expected, burger wasn't horrible, could just use a lot of improvement. Will definitely return and recommend.Plenty of parking available put front, Plenty of indoor seating.

I used the restroom before going to order, and it smelled so horrendous that I had to cover my face with my sleeve to avoid vomiting. I didn't inhale all the way. It smelled that bad. It didn't look like it had been cleaned in years!I was almost 2 hours away from home and craving a shake, so reluctantly, I ordered one. Only after waiting at the counter for a few minutes and not seeing 1 single employee but I did hear 2 gossiping out of sight. I had to say "hello" to get their attention.I didn't get sick, and I'm not dead, so the shake was ok. I definitely wouldn't recommend eating or even stopping to use the restroom.

It is not generally a great experience going to this location! Often, running out of gravy and food quality is horrible, or holding times are not being followed!

This location is hit and miss. Sometimes the service and food are good and others are not. There isn't a middle ground with this location. It's either great or disappointing.Today, when I went, the service was horrible. I went through the drive-through and didn't get any dipping sauces. They left all my dipping sauces on the counter, so I had to go in, wait in line, and get the dipping sauces that were clearly sitting out to put in the bag. By the time I left, my ice cream was all melted. Plus, something wasn't right with the gravy or chicken strips today. Large chunks of fat that were hard in the chicken, every piece, and the gravy was just wrong...

The staff is alright. I give them credit for being fast, if nothing else. It's DQ, so you know what to expect and this one delivers on that promise decently.

The worst customer service ? there employees really don't like their job. The food is terrible ? and Blizzard didn't really have any M&M's. Cold Stone is so much better.
