The water was horrible. For the price of food you didn't get alot. Staff was super friendly.

All of the kids and their friends had a blast! It definitely is worth purchasing a season game pass if you plan to visit more than once. We use our platinum game pass often! The season game pass also gives you 20% off of food purchases- worth it! The flatbreads, fries, southwestern eggrolls and wings are our favorite foods there. The drinks are good. Not a huge wine selection, but decent! We will be back soon :)

We all had a great time! Super busy and had to wait to play games though. Need more options for beverages for kids. 1 bartender took 30 minutes for a lemonade.

The food and the service were wonderful! Of course the games are all phenomenal as well!!

we had a great time. It’s gotten a little expensive though. we didn’t eat because the place was packed, but that’s expected for a Saturday night. We did have a good time though.

Just be weary joining their rewards app, I guess it goes out every once in a while and you won't be able to redeem your free reward with nothing they can do. I joined and they apparently give you a free anniversary reward after you been a member for a year. That free dessert reward I got brought me out with some friends to also order some food from the bar. The bartender greeted us and his demeanor totally changed when we asked to see a menus like he was irritated. Maybe because he didn't like us ordering food up at the bar when it was dead and he wanted to get out of there. Anyways we got our checks and I asked to redeem the free reward with the power card. He warned it might not work because the system wasn't working and that it happens from time to time. He comes back and said sorry there is no way to redeem the reward, so I just paid it and still tipped him well. The power card not working on a rare day you can make it out is one thing, but I've been in similar situations with servers/bartenders who actually care about their job and they would get a manager to help make it an easy fix for the customer. In this case I am pretty confident a manger would of seen I had the reward on the app and been able to just comp it from my bill.

Very Friendly staff all around. Seated when we arrived. Food appropriate temperature on arrival. With "specials" the price was good, especially when considering how expensive all restaurants have become. One thing to watch for is that the cost of the game cards was factored in on the recommended tip. Thus making a 20% tip really at 40% tip for the food and service.

Out of 4 of us none liked the food the service is slow but okay and they dont do a good job at explaining what all game packages are what so
