Clean atmosphere, good food, fun place to have my nephew's birthday celebration. He had a great time with the variety of games.

We recently booked an event with D&B for the first time. We had a reservation party of nearly 30 adults, separate checks, on a busy Saturday: and the staff at the Maple Grove D&B made it a night to never forget.

The Sales Manager Aimee made the reservation process easy, she took time to explain our options and help us craft a unique reservation to suit our needs. Their event specialists Aspen and Chelsea were very communicative via email and helped make changes to our reservation last-minute. The staff at the D&B, from the front end gentlemen to the manager who came by to check on us (the names of both men I did not capture in the rush of getting set up) were courteous and professional and SO accommodating. And lastly our server Jenny-WOW! She made handling a busy table of 25 adults look like a breeze. She managed to always come by right when we needed something without hovering, even when she was serving other tables. Her energy and smiles were infectious and our whole table had a wonderful time. She accommodated our decorations and made cleanup a breeze. Food came out quick and we were able to bring an outside cake to serve our guests. For such a special event, choosing somewhere new felt like such a huge risk. But D&B Maple Grove set the highest possible bar.

The only deduction for Atmosphere was the noise: but that can't be helped at 6pm on a Saturday ;) I can't recommend this venue for parties enough. Thank you D&B team, I hope the upper management know what a great team they have.

We had some delicious drinks at the bar while we waited for a table, when we sat down with our large party to celebrate our friends birthday Jasmine did a great job taking care of us and making sure we had everything we needed!

Don’t try to use your winter pass here. I tried using my gold pass on my meal on a non black out date (1/19) and was rejected. They said it was a platinum night only and that I should have received an email for it. I never received an email. I called Dave and Busters support and they confirmed that it was NOT a black out date and I should have received my discount. I’ve been trying to work with support on resolving this and they’ve basically ghosted me. Service was also terrible, I don’t think I’ve seen more servers sit around and talking to each other than I have here. If I’m paying for a winter pass, you do not get to randomly decide what is a black out date.

No prices on the drinks. Charged different price then what was on the menu. Food was ok but way over priced.

Food is not good, takes awhile to get service, the price of the games keeps going up, but my biggest complaint is how dirty the bathrooms and the tables on the game floor are Everytime I bring my kids.
