Came in to pick up my pizza after placing an online order. Wait was 20-30 minutes est. Came in after the app said the order was ready, and the person I spoke to said 5 more minutes. Okay no problem, it was obviously busy. Get home and see a horribly cut, barely sauced, and no Parmesan/Garlic crusted pizza. shame.

I’ve tried three times, man. Always hoping the next experience might be even okay at best. But without fail, it takes them about half an hour after receiving the order to even get it in the oven. (This is with the tracker always quoting 25 minute wait TOTAL) So just to get in the oven takes longer than it should to be made and delivered. When I call to ask for an update since it takes so much longer than I’m quoted, they are rude and snappy. As far as the food itself, it’s Domino’s pizza. It tastes like it should, a little messy. But overall is good. But man, the inaccuracy with the tracking estimate and overall time it takes to get a pizza here is CRAZY.

Every time we go to our Dominos in Crosby, MN we come away extremely satisfied. The pizza is always hot, on time, and loaded with toppings. The staff is wonderful too. They really appear to like their job which is rare these days. Thanks for being such a wonderful asset in our community.

Our last two experiences at this location have been horrible. Several pieces of pizza on all 3 pizzas had no cheese, sauce or toppings. The pizzas were slopped together and bare. We will not be coming back to this location.

Ordered pizza for a working lunch at 11:15am. Finally arrived at 2:00pm, cold, dry and uncut. What a joke this store is. Never again ordering Dominos. DO NOT ORDER FROM RHIS STORE! They clearly do not care about the customer experience.

I was so excited that I had enough points for a free pizza especially in this economy :,) and when my boyfriend picked it up and brought it home, we realized neither of our pizzas had sauce on them. Literally NONE, it wasn’t just that it only had a little sauce… it quite literally had NONE. Like sorry what??? I’m never ordering from this location again, every time I do something ends up being bad.
You ask for extra sauce, they dont add it. You ask for extra cheese, they dont add it. Do your job. Prep the food as it is ordered.

Obviously, dominos is a no frills take out place. But, the lack of product on the pizza is I guess fair for what you're paying. But, always disappointed when the ingredients are few and far between.

This was truly one of the worst pizza experiences I’ve had. I don’t write reviews so for me to do this says a lot about how bad this tragedy was. I ordered a simple pizza with 2 sauce cups, Nothing crazy. I was very underwhelmed when my pizza finally arrived over an hour later. Not to mention that no sauces were included in my order. I was also shocked when I opened my door to see that the pizza box was quite literally thrown on the ground with the box left open. Real classy. Thanks for the great pizza experience :)
