I’ve never had a bad experience with my order being wrong or the food/drinks itself but I only stop when I have at least 15 extra minutes as they do not know how to handle a rush. Without a doubt every time I decide to go through the drive thru there is a too long of a wait for how many people are in line.

This place is absolutely disgusting, every thing is dirty and or sticky. Looked in the back and the floor was fill of old food and could see bugs. Iced drink hod old coffee on and in the ice cubes. Anywhere you look it is a health code violation. Do not eat there unless you want to get sick.

went through the drive through and waited for 5 minutes before anyone took our order. We ordered 25 munchkins and they gave us 10 then gave us our others when we asked, staff had no personality and did not look happy. Cheese was in a slice still not melted. the donuts had no glaze on them and were dry. and the mint chocolate chip latte had no mint and tasted nothing like a mint chocolate chip latte. This place is terrible and would not recommend drive an extra 5 minutes for another.

Walked in the store never got service. The donuts we wanted weren’t in the self order kiosk so we needed employee assistance and they did not care to attend costumers at the counter. So we walked away
The food is great if they can ever get the orders right. This is not a one off experience, they consistently make orders wrong and rush you out the drive thru to the next person. Some frequent examples:
Light ice = We’ll just put zero ice in. Vanilla latte = We’ll just skip the vanilla this time. ANY wrap you order = just give ‘em the bacon one.
Like seriously guys it’s 2025… technology is good enough. Even when you get a mobile order you get the order wrong. It’s insane. Reading isn’t hard? I’m honestly confused between if they hire people who CAN’T read or just don’t care enough to read. I’m done going to this location. Go to the one off Zachary Ln. Never once had an issue there. It’s like they actually pay attention to what people order - crazy concept.
