I work near here and it sucks that every single time I’ve come here my order has been cold or wrong. Fire the whole staff or close this place down and the little Latina girl always has an attitude when I come here. She’s rude and has terrible costumer service.

The staff of this restaurant specifically refuse to serve or issue orders in the lobby if there are many orders via drive thru cars. They work very slowly, do not issue orders on time and as soon as there are many cars they refuse service in the lobby and do not issue orders to couriers. They specifically come up with some excuses that they do not have a certain bagel or ingredient for coffee

Went in to Dunkin and tried to use the kiosks but they weren’t working so we were trying to order at the front and then a nice lady took our order however the manager came over and was very rude towards her and told her to stop taking orders. I’m just confused on why they have front desk to order from but then won’t take orders up there? we were trying to get the free M drink with a purchase and she scanned the code and it didn’t go through. the manager didn’t do anything about when we asked to get a refund on those one drinks. I still want my refund.

Order any iced drink and ask for less ice, they still fill the entire cup with ice to give you as little coffee as possible. A 32oz coffee has maybe 12oz of liquid.

Rewards didn’t work soooo… cashier couldn’t fix the problem. She gave us part of the wrong order. Sadly, out of orange juice. The donut was jammed into a bag with a napkin that pulled the frosting into the napkin. Train your people!
Another Dunkin’ to which I can’t return. I’ll stick with Great Harvest Bread!
