The staff of this restaurant specifically refuse to serve or issue orders in the lobby if there are many orders via drive thru cars. They work very slowly, do not issue orders on time and as soon as there are many cars they refuse service in the lobby and do not issue orders to couriers. They specifically come up with some excuses that they do not have a certain bagel or ingredient for coffee

Went in to Dunkin and tried to use the kiosks but they weren’t working so we were trying to order at the front and then a nice lady took our order however the manager came over and was very rude towards her and told her to stop taking orders. I’m just confused on why they have front desk to order from but then won’t take orders up there? we were trying to get the free M drink with a purchase and she scanned the code and it didn’t go through. the manager didn’t do anything about when we asked to get a refund on those one drinks. I still want my refund.

Order any iced drink and ask for less ice, they still fill the entire cup with ice to give you as little coffee as possible. A 32oz coffee has maybe 12oz of liquid.

Rewards didn’t work soooo… cashier couldn’t fix the problem. She gave us part of the wrong order. Sadly, out of orange juice. The donut was jammed into a bag with a napkin that pulled the frosting into the napkin. Train your people!
Another Dunkin’ to which I can’t return. I’ll stick with Great Harvest Bread!

This Dunkin location has the absolute worst drive through. I've given it a few tries, and will no longer visit. You'll wait in line for well over 20 minutes, they'll give you the wrong order, and are incredibly rude. It's really surprising people go to this location.

Drove over to get a drink at 5:30pm on a Sunday because the hours said open until 7pm. I placed my order and was told the blenders have been closed down for the evening so I could not get my drink. Why be open then?!

Mediocre service. Food was awful. My iced vanilla coffee tasted burnt/bitter. My bagel was trash. First of all it was burnt, secondly the cream cheese was barely enough to cover half. Definitely not going back.
