This dunkin' donuts is a little hidden but overall it is very very clean excellent service and a must come to experience great service I was 11 minutes from either going to Crystal or Zachary Lane for this place was and I choose this overall very satisfied with the service.

Young employees just socializing with each other. Didn't bother to greet any of the customers or ask if we needed any help. Just expected us to order on the kiosks. A gentleman was confused and needed some help no one helped him as they passed by 3 or 4 times. I alerted an employee to please go help the customer at the end he has some questions. I had to ask 2 times and finally they helped him. Poor service and atmosphere. Also the floors were so sticky.

For a donut shop, they seem to constantly be out of donuts. Most of the time when I DoorDash Dunkin the driver calls me and tells me they don’t have the kind of donut I ordered. I ordered 3 glazed donuts and got 1. This was at 10am. I find it kind of hard to believe that Dunkin genuinely runs out of donuts on a regular basis, especially common ones like chocolate and glazed.

Gave me my matcha two times without cold foam, Saw them scooping out ice and added barely any. Drink wasn’t blended either and didn’t add the requested syrups either. Would not go again.

The manager at this location is fantastic. He's always bright and welcoming with a smile. They fixed a mistake on an order right away. Great cold brew coffee and breakfast sandwiches, and love the munchkins!

Got the food fast but the hash browns were soggy and the bacon was cold
We ordered through the drive through and they were having trouble hearing us because they kept asking us to repeat what we ordered. My ice coffee had way to much flavoring in it. Donuts were dunkin standard but was disappointed about my coffee.

This is the second time I've tried to come here in the evening and found the doors already locked before closing. Tonight, it was 50 minutes before closing time. There aren't any signs about needing to use another door or drive-thru only or closinf early or anything.

Writing this on behalf of my girlfriend, she went to this location this morning and ordered a medium iced matcha latte with oat milk and caramel. While she ordered she specified the oat milk, she then asked again while at the window and Ryan said that there was definitely oat milk in her drink. She left while drinking her drink she thought she tasted milk and so she called the location. Ryan picked up again and said for a THIRD time that it did have oat milk. Long story short my girlfriend is now sick due to her being lactose. If there isn’t a substitute or something its okay!! We’ll go somewhere else but please don’t lie.
