I ordered on 02/05/26 months app and went through the drive through. I didn’t receive my half dozen donuts and did not notice until after I left. I don’t live anywhere this location so it’s a pain just to go back. I have tried multiple times to call to ask for a refund and no one answers the phone. I don’t know how else to reach out. It’s $8.00 so not the biggest deal but still disappointing.

Not much to say about the food itself since either you know and love Dunkin or you don’t. It’s the same consistency as every other Dunkin location but this location is off the main road with very little signage to the entrance. Other than that, it Dunkin’ Donuts!

This dunkin' donuts is a little hidden but overall it is very very clean excellent service and a must come to experience great service I was 11 minutes from either going to Crystal or Zachary Lane for this place was and I choose this overall very satisfied with the service.

Young employees just socializing with each other. Didn't bother to greet any of the customers or ask if we needed any help. Just expected us to order on the kiosks. A gentleman was confused and needed some help no one helped him as they passed by 3 or 4 times. I alerted an employee to please go help the customer at the end he has some questions. I had to ask 2 times and finally they helped him. Poor service and atmosphere. Also the floors were so sticky.

For a donut shop, they seem to constantly be out of donuts. Most of the time when I DoorDash Dunkin the driver calls me and tells me they don’t have the kind of donut I ordered. I ordered 3 glazed donuts and got 1. This was at 10am. I find it kind of hard to believe that Dunkin genuinely runs out of donuts on a regular basis, especially common ones like chocolate and glazed.
Gave me my matcha two times without cold foam, Saw them scooping out ice and added barely any. Drink wasn’t blended either and didn’t add the requested syrups either. Would not go again.

The manager at this location is fantastic. He's always bright and welcoming with a smile. They fixed a mistake on an order right away. Great cold brew coffee and breakfast sandwiches, and love the munchkins!
