Plates were about $20 for a small portion and 2 sides. The brisket had the texture of spam, and pork ribs were just OK. If the best part of your bbq restaurant is the sides, there is an issue.

Decent BBQ from a chain. The service is great - friendly and attentive staff. However, the lighting needs to be about 25% brighter. I couldn't even read the menu where we had sat, which is a fairly needed detail for a restaurant.

I called in for pick up, the answering service you have outsourced is awful. I ordered 2 meals and it took 15 minutes. The woman kept telling me to "hold on" literally 8 times while she tried to navigate her system, then eventually forwarded me to the actual restaurant (which I thought I called, but now have an ordering phone service) all I wanted was a side of blue cheese dressing ? I then picked up my order with no blue cheese dressing in it. Super frustrating, why change what was working? I can't imagine you're so busy that you can't answer your own phones and place your own orders? Obviously, next time I'll order online or just come in and order to avoid that next time. I do love your food, but change that service you're currently using.

Walked to Famous Daves for my dinner...had a Daves favorite burger, coleslaw, and fries...and a huge slice of French silk pie! The only thing I forgot to grab were napkins! Going back for the Ribs tomorrow!!
