Golden Corral Buffet & Grill

Food was OK, lots of options. Almost no service at all. Kind of dumpy. Alittle pricey @32.59 for two @ lunch. Not alot of buffets left this one so great.

The food was lacking in taste and either overcooked or under cooked. The host had an attitude, I guess she didn't want to be there as she had her little kids there too. The overall atmosphere was just dirty. The bathroom was disgusting. And this restaurant is located in Maple Grove, an area you would expect so much more from. Do not recommend nor will I be going back there again.

So I have been to a couple of golden coral s around the country and * have to say that this was disappointing. Honestly the biggest issue was that the staff didn't seem to care. The counter crew was very sweet and did excellent and they saved this from being 2 star review but everyone appeared to be held against their will to bee there. Not keeping up with the supplies, not clean, not concerned. The food would be lots better if you could get a plate when you wanted or a bowl when you needed or a smile just because. They have the chance to really present and provide a good variety, but no before a reshuffle on the staff.

This place is filthy, walls,table and chairs, really has gone down hill

Do not eat at this location! When we pulled into the parking lot, the place looked like it was closed with zero lights on the sign. I could see people inside, so we went in. There were more workers than diners inside and that's not a good sign at a buffet. The food looked and tasted like it had been there for 2 hours. The plates have stains that will never come off with some added dried on food for texture.

Everything was great!
I've never seen a location where you got your own drinks before... that was cool.

Our server, Ms. Daphne was so sweet!
Her smiling face & bubbly personality was the highlight of my day... as we watched her run her butt off the entire time we were there.
I asked her where she was from & turns out we're "neighbors" - we're from the same area in TN! It was so nice to have seen a fellow West TN native up here so far from home... just goes to show: one can always spot another out in the crowd!! 😁

Food was cold was there a whole hour an 10 min an things I wanted neva got refilled we came at 1250 an it was like the whole crew was out to lunch when we were about to leave we see 4 people coming back this IA at 2 to have paid 50 dollars I wish I would have brought them all to get fast food at least we would have been full..... now the staff we did see n talk to were nice

I rated the food a 2 because it’s great food but at times seems to be cold. Not all the time. The service is great. Staff come by and ask if you need anything. The bathrooms not so good. They definitely need to take the time to clean around toilets and corners. You can tell it’s not been cleaned throughly. The desert they have sit out is hard and crusty. They should have them covered somehow.
