Great service and good food. 1 member of my group didn't like her dish (chicken alfredo as it was super dry), the other dishes were good - 2 burgers and the pot roast. Food was taking a bit long to come our but our server keep us updated. The pot roast took so long to come out after the rest of us had our food the manager came to apologize and adjusted the bill. Things happen, but it's how the staff responds that leaves a lasting impression! Would go back!

Server was uniformed about Happy Hour, returned with incorrect drink order and then overcharged us for happy hour beer & she never clarified price differences. Disputed drinks on tab & she basically rolled her eyes. Terrible. She should be trained better, she seemed very uninformed about questions we raised defending herself.
I haven't been to a brunch buffet in a long time and granite city really stepped up and took it to another level. I made a reservation- you should because seats aren't guaranteed and I got to impress my friends with my choice of brunch places. Also their omelette station and cheesy hash browns are 10/10.

Food and service is always top notch. One of our favorite places to eat. Prices are reasonable. Selection of choices is amazing. The fish tacos are #1!! Jake was our server and he was awesome. Attentive and always one step ahead. Always look forward to going back!!
We had a 10 AM reservation and unfortunately the table wasn't ready to go. There were “a lot of hockey teams coming in” so we were set to squeeze 6 into a booth. The server did help find a table for our group (the hostess seemed to be anywhere but working). Our server was extremely friendly and joyful which helped overall. Food was decent and at a good price. Overall, I'd go back - I do recommend hiring and training staff at the door to be more welcoming since they are the first to greet customer's.

The food and service were good, but that's where it stopped. We were seated in a section that apparently they were closing down for the night (7:00pm). While we were trying to eat dinner and enjoy our conversation, the staff started flipping chairs over onto the empty tables and sweeping the floor around us. In fact, one of the staff that was flipping chairs backed into me while I was eating - no apology or acknowledgement. Plenty of other choices in the neighborhood. I doubt we will go back.

Met a girlfriend here for lunch , my 2nf time eating here, a nice menu, we metnat noon so we ordered off luck menu which had breakfast too, such a hard time deciding once I saw eggs benedict on the menu. My girlfriend ordered the fish and chips which she just said was ok. I had the 1/2 salad and soup and got the french onion soup which I thought was very good, not as much cheese melted over the top as I have but it was still tasty and the asian salad was good. Not as goos as applebees but decent. Will go back. Just nothing that was super note worthy. Decent service too.

The food was great and it is nice to see a good selection of food and desserts! Our server Travis was attentive and friendly. We never had to ask for anything. Other staff were very pleasant as well. The only issue is how crowded it is and how many tables are squeezed in. I understand wanting to accommodate a lot of people for the holiday, but it is so hard to not bump into people sitting at their tables or to navigate from the buffet to your table. It also adds to the noise level when you pack so many people into a space.

Literally had to move to a high top table after seeing a mouse under our booth!!!!Couldn’t finish my meal. Manager came to apologize and give us $10 off our bill. Our server was great but paying for a half eaten meal after having to move due to mice is ridiculous! Definitely in need of better management…
We enjoy going to Granite City for lunch and happy hours. Food and service were excellent and we will return.Our server, Daniel was very attentive, friendly, and accommodating.
Update- went back recently and the food was great, good service, and a good kids meal option!

My order wrong. We had three different white wait people , the waitress did not even write down the order. The service is very slow, but the people were friendly. Back at the day the food was really good , now not so much.
We had the all-you-can-eat fish fry. We all (5 of us—some of whom are fishermen and women) thought it was very good! Batter was not greasy! Slaw was very good—as were the French Fries. We shared a carrot cake for dessert—also tasty—moist cake with wonderful cream cheese frosting.
