We've been here 3 times and the ramen is not good. The pork was charred with a burnt tast. The third time we went they gave us spicy ramen on accident. The server was struggling to understand English which may have been the reason for the spicy ramen, either way he was nice.

Their menu needs to disclose that they use pork-based broth. Not everyone knows that. I tried to get a refund but he did not give me one he just made me a new one without pork even though I didn’t want it. Not very fair to new customers. How am I to assume that the chicken ramen I order will be pork-based?It wasn’t even good. First and last time here.

You get alot for what you pay for! Best ramen in town
⭐⭐⭐☆☆ Stopped into this ramen spot in Maple Grove on a whim and grabbed takeout. The place has a cool vibe inside — the big mural definitely sets the tone, so I want to come back and dine in next time.
I ordered the short rib appetizer and the stir fry ramen with chicken (both marked as best sellers on the menu). Portion size on the main dish was solid — plenty of chicken and fresh vegetables, which I appreciated — but the chicken was pretty dry. The short ribs didn’t look anything like the photo and, honestly, fell short on flavor and presentation.
To be fair, this was a quick takeout visit, and I didn’t try their specialty ramen bowls — which is what I really should judge them on. I plan to come back, sit down, and try a proper ramen bowl before making a final call.
Will I return? Yes — it’s close to home, the atmosphere seems great for dine-in, and I want to give them a fair second shot.
