Went into Jamba Juice today and I was denied water , Juan or Jose that was working all by himself had me wait for 10 minutes until my order of 3 large drinks were done , I asked for water which is free and denied me the water said I had to buy it instead . I always get a water with my drink I was denied . Do better Jamba Juice train ALL not out some of your workers that water is free anywhere you go .

I come here all the time and i know how much i should be getting in a smoothie cup or bowl. I also know there’s been different and new employees there. I just got my chunky bowl and everything is good. But I usually get more for my moneys worth. To the younger ones, please make more smoothie to fill it closer to the top and cut more fruits for the toppings.

Horrible costumer service. This is the second time i order online and I always receive an incomplete order. So I just spent almost $40 on just ONE single smoothie bowl which I also payed to add ingredients that I did not receive. I try calling and the phone always send me to voicemail automatically like the phone does not even work. I will never be coming back. Lesson learned you guys SUCK .

Make sure you are asking for a customer's phone number for the rewards before you focus on flipping over the screen to tell the customer that it's going to ask him a couple of questions.

Parking: It's a small shopping center but plenty of parking because it's right near costco.

Placed an order at 6:45 and arrived at 7:00, as of 7:45 I am still waiting on two smoothie bowls. The employee made two other customers orders before making mine and didn’t once apologize for the delay or provide updates.

told the employee i was unable to have dairy so to remove the yogurt from the drink since it contains dairy as per the website. asked for the full ingredient list to be extra safe and asked if the sherbet was dairy free. she said it was, and i mentioned it said it wasn't on the website's official ingredient list. she said it was "fine". feel very sick and regretting not just getting something different :( wish i didn't spend $20 on something poisonous to me, very regretful that they didn't help me. doesn't taste good either, not worth getting sick over

Baby and i were really craving Jamba Juice today, but after trying to place an order through various apps, I kept getting rejections that my order was canceled or couldn't be placed. Finally, I decided to walk to the restaurant, and I'm so glad I did. Lindsay was there and made my smoothie exactly the way I like it. She went above and beyond, and because of her amazing service, I will definitely be coming back. Thank you, Lindsay!

Location is supposed to be open at 10 am. Doors were locked at 10, tried again at 10:15 and tried one more time at 10:30. Still locked. Management needs to look into this, as an employee didn't do their job!

Slowest service I've ever had. 15 minutes for a drink when there is no one in line or waiting with 3 people working? They all look like they would rather be dead than working. Food is great as always, disappointed with the service 100%.

Horribly slow. I mean horrendously slow. From the time I walked into the store until the time I left the store was over an hour. Order was taken within the first 10 minutes, and then it took 45 minutes for me to get one smoothie. I was first in the line of 6 people and I was the last one to get my smoothie. I get there’s a staffing issue, but no excuse for over an hour wait AND being the last one to get their smoothie. Will never be coming to this location ever again. I wish I could give a negative star review. Horrible customer service.
