Maybe the worst food consumption I ever had. Ordered an 8 corners pizza for lunch and the first bite I knew the taste was off. It almost tasted metallic and it immediately turned my stomach. Fast forward 2 hours I’m living in the bathroom because of this scenario (it’s the only thing I consumed that day) and it feels like my stomach is being stomped on. Fast forward again to 6:30 this morning I woke up because of the pain in my stomach to realize I need to throw up and it was again that same metallic taste coming up I will never come back to this location one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. It’s been nonstop bathroom trips for the last 17 hours just ridiculous.The only positive I’ll give this place is that the guy working the front counter was super friendly

Today, I got the kindest surprise upon delivery! A 17 year old delivery driver (Brady?) felt like I had spent too much on what I had ordered and asked his manager to throw in a few pizza slices!!! I don’t know this guy but his thoughtfulness and consideration made my day! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Placed an order at 4:38pm and received an e-mail to pick pizza up at 4:58. Arrived at 5:03 and they said it was just going to be a few minutes. Waited about 10 minutes then asked for the status. Was told it was in the oven cooking. At 5:25 was told the pizza was ready but received a semi warm pizza. Not sure if the pizza was just misplaced. It still tasted good when we reheated it but the mishap was unfortunate.

Pizza is pretty good. All crust styles. But not did online ordering screw up. My pizza was ready on time, but 400 miles away in MI. I live in MN. The Michigan store manager was great and refunded my order right away. The Maple Grove manager was not so great. I never saw them, even while raising a stink about it at the front desk, not 'sorry that happened' or 'here's a coupon for a free pizza'. Nothing, not even an appearance.

A terrible experience. We did takeout and when we arrived after the expected time, our food still wasn’t done. We spent almost $48 ($50 after tipping). After telling the cashier my order she brought out only 1 of 2 pizzas and tried to tell me that’s all I got without verifying. Is 1 large pizza $48? No. I showed her the email confirmation and they couldn’t find my other pizza so they had to make it. She told me 8 more mins. I go out to my car and come back in after 10 mins just to be sure. I come in to a very tight space of everyone waiting in frustration. Once I finally get to the counter, it’s still not ready. Finally the cashier says it’s ready 20 minutes later and then she tried to give me a small when I ordered an XL deep dish. They eventually got the XL but it took way longer. All while there is another customer standing a foot away from me yelling at the manager because they also got his order wrong after already waiting 40+ minutes.Once I get it home and serve it to my family, it’s not until we’re already eating that a medium length beard hair is found in the pepperoni pizza that was rush made. This isn’t from my household because not only does not one have a beard, but none of us have that hair color. I’m disgusted.To say everyone was frustrated, is an understatement.

You know I have to say… I am impressed every time we get pizza here. Every time we go in, there are these kids working and I’ve never met such polite, mature, respectful young boys. They are knowledgeable with their deals, they put pride into each pizza they make, and they are great with customers. Not once have I seen an unhappy employee who doesn’t seem to want to be there. We will continue to be loyal customers mainly because of the guest service.
Delivery order. Pizza and wings. I ordered extra crispy wings and sausage pepperoni pizza. Wings were perfect. Pizza was great. Got my peppers and cheese like I asked for. Thanks Patrick and jets pizza. Damn
