The reviews on this location are going down fast! The wait time are horrible at this location, 4 people in drive thru we wait 15 mins I order my sandwich and wait another 10 mins until I just drove off, but this is a sandwich location it’s supposed to be quick fast easy service. The worst part is there was no customers on the inside. This location has been getting negative reviews on their wait times and the owner of this location does nothing about it but say sorry to your comment above. Do yourself a favor and just go to Rusty taco across the street. You could go to a sitdown location enjoy a full meal before you get your food at this Jimmy John’s location. The wait times are so long you can watch customers leaving this location that’s money walking out of your pocket

Music too loud. Hard to talk to anyone. Girl on cash register on her phone while one guy was making sandwiches for drive thru, deliveries, and inside. She could have gloved up and helped out ( I worked at Jimmy John’s before) I ordered two things and had to wait like 15 minutes inside. Suppose to be freaky fast not freakin lazy. Don’t want any of them in real trouble but would be nice if they knew so they could make things better for this store.

Last 7/17 came in and ordered two sandwiches and one of them was the JJBLT! Well it came with no bacon! Very frustrated! Called back that evening when we got home but they had already closed! First time I have had any negative thing to say about this location usually they do really well!

Every time I order you either send me an complete order or the food is awful. Today's sandwich - bread is hard as a rock on the bottom. Last time, meat looked bad, time before that, received an unfulfilled order. (Oh but when I call I am made the promise of reimbursement.) I don't need it - I just want a sandwich made correctly. You win Jimmy John's. I am done being a customer. There are sooooo many better options around.

I am a huge loyal fan - Came here - Got immediately disrespected by a white guy (10:53 AM figure it out!!) who ASSUMED I was door dash- Yet didn’t ask other customers here if they were. ZERO humility to apologize - preordered. Order ONLINE ORDER - Enjoy NOT generating revenue from the other 21-25 kids I was planning to bring in ..consistently. Today’s order $25, future orders ZERO.

Horrible service. A couple months back I've had a young lady refuse to give me my online order because she accidentally gave it to the person in front of me and I had to get the manager to remake it. Today I had a guy that seemed like he was on something completely mess up my order and gave me the wrong sandwiches and then rudely tell me he didn't hear the first part of my number all while mumbling everything spoken. I didn't find out the order was wrong until I left, didn't feel like staying around to check.

This is the SLOWEST Jimmy John’s I’ve ever experienced in my life. I have been in the drive through with one car ahead of me for 10+ minutes and leaving this review while STILL waiting on ONE standard sandwich.
Very much the opposite of freaky fast. No one was inside and no one was in front of us. 10 minutes and counting.

The ladies bathroom looked like mold was growing in the toilet, trash can had used towels and etc falling out the bottom, and sink was stained blue and no soap for washing hands. For the dining room, the pop and ice dispenser had white film caked on the ice output tunnel, a gross while film on the lever, and pop nozzles were dripping syrup most likely not cleaned. Please have one of the 7 staff working today clean these commonly used areas and make sure employees can wash hands before leaving the bathroom.
