This is the SLOWEST Jimmy John’s I’ve ever experienced in my life. I have been in the drive through with one car ahead of me for 10+ minutes and leaving this review while STILL waiting on ONE standard sandwich.

The ladies bathroom looked like mold was growing in the toilet, trash can had used towels and etc falling out the bottom, and sink was stained blue and no soap for washing hands. For the dining room, the pop and ice dispenser had white film caked on the ice output tunnel, a gross while film on the lever, and pop nozzles were dripping syrup most likely not cleaned. Please have one of the 7 staff working today clean these commonly used areas and make sure employees can wash hands before leaving the bathroom.

Went through the drive through yesterday and was shocked to see an employee with a 3-inch or more beard putting frozen bread on a tray for baking. This person needs a beard net when handling food. Gross. Will avoid this location permanently.

We waited in the drive through for an hour. We waited at the intercom for 8ish minutes for someone to acknowledge us, then at the window we waited for another 20 minutes for someone to acknowledge us again.
After about 20 mins waiting in drive through, we just kept thinking that it would go faster at some point but it really didn’t ever end.
When we finally got our sandwiches, we were met with rude and short employees, when saying we had an 30 minute wait between ordering and receiving our sandwiches manager said there were 3 staff and a long wait on either end and there was nothing they could do about it. Store failed to give us our receipt.
Why is the store allowed to operate with 3 staff? Why did they not close the drive through?? A acknowledgment that it was a long wait or a sorry would have gone a long way!!

Manager is very unprofessional. I simply was stating my order was wrong and she exaggerated trashing the order and slammed containers around why remaking it. Very glad I don’t live in this town and was only driving through.

The app was not working too order for so I tried calling into the store for a delivery. The Bass Lake Road location in Maple Grove, MN. First of all the person who answered the phone was blasting music and rustling noises were also going on. I tried to give them the address and the got it wrong about 5x of me repeating myself. I couldn't get passed the numbers of the address when the gentleman answering the phone began to yawn and then stopped responding. I hung up and will not ever be ordering from this location again. AWFUL SERVICE!

I had the easiest time ordering 100 sandwiches for my daughter's grad party, all thanks to Dustin and his team. I specifically went to this location because it was so clean and everyone is always so friendly. Thank you for making this experience so easy. See you in 2 more years for my sons graduation!!!

The restaurant was dirty and unkept, floor was disgusting. The staff was so unprofessional and rude. Boy at the counter had his beats headphones around his neck taking orders and the woman making sandwiches looked like she had just rolled out of bed and started making sandwiches. The woman making the sandwiches was rude and angry, slamming stuff around and barking orders at the staff. Then I was told by the same employee to get my own bag and bag up my own order. I am just blown away by the bad customer service. Got home and our food is thrown together slop. If I were the owner, I would reevaluate who I had working for me and representing the Jimmy John brand name and my store. I would not go back if it were free.
