Too many young people working who have no service skills. They are on their phones, yelling with each other and messing around while there is a line of people. Multiple times I went in and ordered and it took 10 minutes for my sub to get to me. Would NOT recommend this Jimmy Johns.

First time at this JJ's location. Ordered in drive thru. Staff was great, order came out quick. The bread was not fresh, quite stale. The tomato was grainy/gritty. The sandwich was incredibly salty. Normally JJ's is good, but not this location.

I order from this location frequently and always love the service, but I ordered my food for delivery at 3pm. I am on a time crunch today and only ordered Jimmy John’s for its speed. It wasn’t delivered until 3:50 leaving me with only 10 minutes to eat. On top of that, I received the wrong side with my meal. This seems to me to be a failure on the management. Y’all need to hire more drivers so they aren’t having to take as many orders at once causing longer delays.

It would be nice if the delivery drive didn’t smoke so my food doesn’t smell like old cigarettes… Love spending over $20 on food for it to gross me out!!!
HORRIBLE…waited at least 10 min to order and another 10 min for ONE sandwich. 4 employees working, practically ignoring me the entire time. They actually acknowledged me once and said they were going to get to my order. i’ll never be back!

Food has always been good at JJ's. People have always been friendly, and food is ready pretty quickly. The place has yet to be clean when I've been there to eat in. Kind of trashy (maybe to harsh) and dirty tables with tables and chairs scattered. We usually wipe down a table while we see staff standing around and talking. I can only think of once in the dozen times I've been there that things were in order. It doesn't stop me from going as everything else seems to be in order and very good otherwise.

3 pieces of ham on entire sandwich. What a rip off. Sign on drive thru says be kind. Short staffed. I was the only customer there. They took 10 mis to take my order and make it. Staff is not friendly. Maybe Jimmy John should turn the sign to face your employees.
