Not open on the weekends, closest sandwich place to a couple of big hockey facilities. If they were just open from 11-2 they would kill it on sat and sun during hockey season.

Haven’t ordered from them in months. Never have drivers. Never open. General manager is a complete air head. Skimp on food when the sandwiches are literally 15$

Service is INSANELY slow at this location. I put in a pick up order 10 minutes before my lunch break. Showed up 15 minutes after that and waited another 10. I have 30 minutes for lunch, all of it was taken waiting. It can’t 30 minutes to make a wrap. Avoid this location.

Customer Service skills need more work, walked in and there were four employees but only one seems like they were working . After I ordered my food and patiently waited , two of the employees had went to the back but the other two that was up front was joking around, made food and walked out . As I’m still waiting another customer walks in and ordered, he received his food within five minutes after ordering but somehow no one remembered I had an order ….

Gabriel was there at about 9:50am when we showed up and it wasn’t even open until 10:30. Was feeling a bit hungry and he opened the doors for us almost 45 minutes early. Nobody would ever do that. Thank you Gabriel for great customer service and a great sandwich!

We ordered delivery, it never came. When we called to see where it was they said they are not delivering right now, I asked why they did not inform us right away and they said we need to come in and get our food. Once we arrived there they wanted us to pay for our food again! I let them know we already paid online and paid a delivery fee and tip and we didn't think it was necessary to pay again. They kept arguing with us about it and all of a sudden one of the workers started yelling a literally threw a loaf of bread at me! She did not just throw it she whipped it, wound up and all! I let her know I am calling the cops and she went in the back and grabbed her belongings and left! Meanwhile the manager was saying mom don't please don't do this... so the managers mom was the one who threw the loaf of bread at me! I put in a report to the police being as she had a bread knife in one hand and the loaf of bread in the other, thank God she didn't throw the knife! The police took a statement over the phone I said there was no need to come up there because the lady was gone and we wanted to leave anyways. Needless to say we left without any food and not knowing if our money was going to be refunded. After all of that I emailed corporate and they had an assistant manager call and apologize to me and say the employee was fired. That was it! No free meal to make up for the way were treated or anything! Also an assistant manager called wouldn't someone higher up do that? I tried to order delivery about a year after and anytime I do I get a notice saying delivery times are very long, this never happens at any other location why does it happen at this one all the time?! The worst part is I used to work at a jimmy John's ( different location) and we never would have treated a customer like that and we never had to turn customers away because we were to busy. This location is the worst!! They need a new owner that has an actual brain or shut that location down and let Maple Grove or Champlin deliver to Osseo!

Why would you cancel orders without notifying your customer? We sat for over half an hour and had to call in. The last time we ordered I had to come and pick up, the employee was in her car smoking. New ownership needed!

Give business to an independent franchise owner that can actually deliver food and staff appropriately. Food is good but can never honor delivery and suggest pick up. Reminder to manager..Your competitive advantage was fast delivery. Erbert and Gerbert’s suggested.

Service was horrible took my whole lunch time just to get an Italian Night Club sandwich. I ordered a meal but guess it doesn’t come with a drink. Asked for red peppers I received jalapeños. The tuna sandwich. Asked for jalapeños and received red peppers. I hate to say it but this place has gone from bad to worse. Only 2 people on staff and people standing in line out the door. Now people are walking out the door.

Osseo Jimmy John's is great! They greet you at the door with welcome and your order is ready quickly! The workers seem to get along and work cohesively.

Worst service and terrible bread. So dark and hard and when I asked if my 5 yr old grandson could have a different bun,he replied, that’s all we got and walked away
