Gabriel was there at about 9:50am when we showed up and it wasn’t even open until 10:30. Was feeling a bit hungry and he opened the doors for us almost 45 minutes early. Nobody would ever do that. Thank you Gabriel for great customer service and a great sandwich!

Why would you cancel orders without notifying your customer? We sat for over half an hour and had to call in. The last time we ordered I had to come and pick up, the employee was in her car smoking. New ownership needed!

Give business to an independent franchise owner that can actually deliver food and staff appropriately. Food is good but can never honor delivery and suggest pick up. Reminder to manager..Your competitive advantage was fast delivery. Erbert and Gerbert’s suggested.

Service was horrible took my whole lunch time just to get an Italian Night Club sandwich. I ordered a meal but guess it doesn’t come with a drink. Asked for red peppers I received jalapeños. The tuna sandwich. Asked for jalapeños and received red peppers. I hate to say it but this place has gone from bad to worse. Only 2 people on staff and people standing in line out the door. Now people are walking out the door.

Osseo Jimmy John's is great! They greet you at the door with welcome and your order is ready quickly! The workers seem to get along and work cohesively.

Placed an order online and waited a little over 2 hrs. Within those 2 hours i called the store and nobody picked up. Eventually i got through to someone around 8:30pm and she said they didnt have any drivers. She said that she would cancel the order but i was never refunded and my order on the app says its still waiting to be delivered.

I ordered a huge list of sandwiches for work, about 28 plus chips and drinks and even ghost I called that morning and they were busy, they got everything correct and even let me add 5 more when j got there because my manager forgot about the guys in the shop . As someone who's worked at a JJs for over 6 years I can honestly say this is the poorest excuse for a Jimmy John's I've ever stepped in. Extremely slow, orders never made on time, store is dirty, pop machine out of ice and pop syrup, prep work that should be done before the store opens still being done at noon. They dont bag any of the online orders or even bother to call your order out when they can clearly see you standing there waiting for it. The GM of this store acts like a regular employee and doesnt do any actual managing. Slowest/worst JJs I've ever been too.

Ordered my food for delivery and it took an hour and 30 min. Not freaky fast! No ice left in the drink I ordered AND they just dropped the order off in the lobby off my workplace rather than calling like usual.This location should turn off delivery capability until they can deliver in a more reasonable time frame.Note, I usually get decent service from this location in person.
