This is the best Jimmy Johns in the area, I have been ordering here for over a year and my orders are always ready and accurate when I order online. Food is always fresh, and staff friendly.

I went in excited to try the new ultimate italian sandwich, however I asked for no onion, the guy taking the order even said outloud “no onion” well i had my bf try it first to make sure there werent onions as im not able to eat them; thank god i did. there are so many onions on this sandwhich and im pretty pissed because now i cant even eat the sandwhich i just paid for. there goes my lunch before work today, dont even have time to get something else.

Very obvious the bread was at least day old or even older. Hard and crunchy is not fresh. Like hurt your teeth hard and crunchy. Very disappointed with my visit. Sandwiches were frankly gross.

This was one of my favorite places for lunch, because I work from home and they could deliver quickly when I didn't have time to get out to pick it up, and they have healthy options and a decent rewards program. Unfortunately the last time I ordered I found a glob of hair in my sandwich. Not just one hair, but a clump. I couldn't finish eating it and I was nauseous from the thought. And I called the restaurant, and they were very concerned about it and offered to bring me out a new sandwich but I wasn't hungry after that. I know things happen and this was probably just a one off incident,, but I haven't been able to go back after this.
