Very obvious the bread was at least day old or even older. Hard and crunchy is not fresh. Like hurt your teeth hard and crunchy. Very disappointed with my visit. Sandwiches were frankly gross.

This was one of my favorite places for lunch, because I work from home and they could deliver quickly when I didn't have time to get out to pick it up, and they have healthy options and a decent rewards program. Unfortunately the last time I ordered I found a glob of hair in my sandwich. Not just one hair, but a clump. I couldn't finish eating it and I was nauseous from the thought. And I called the restaurant, and they were very concerned about it and offered to bring me out a new sandwich but I wasn't hungry after that. I know things happen and this was probably just a one off incident,, but I haven't been able to go back after this.

I worked for JJ's for 5 years, along time ago. This is the best JJ's I have been to in a long time, really good job here. And yeah, there are differences in JJ quality, these guys know what's up.

I placed an order for one sandwich on the app to be delivered to my workplace today for lunch . It came fairly quick and the sandwich was good no issues there . My issue is with the delivery driver who ever it was my receipt does not say a name . When the driver came up to my floor and gave my food to the front desk they made it known to my co workers that they were not tipped and that they were upset about it which is highly unprofessional and rude. Just because someone does not tip on card does not mean they don’t have a cash tip for you and regardless if a person tips you or not you are being paid to a do a job and a tip is not a requirement!

First and last time coming to this location- and perhaps any location — the woman working was so extremely rude to us 4 times during this transaction. She kept getting visibly upset because i had to continue to repeat myself because she couldn’t hear me. Well if she’d take her airpods out of her ear then perhaps she could hear. She said she’s worked at Jimmy John’s for 10 years - which is incredible she’s lasted that long with such a horrible attitude.
