Ordered the Mango Juice with Sago and Durian crepe cake.
As one of their signatures, the A5 mango juice with sago is completely a joke. Mango chunks are not ripe, sour and hard to chew, which is far from standard sweet and juicy mangos that should be used in desserts. If sourcing mangos with expected quality in winter is a problem, please at least notify the clients. Besides, more than half of the sagos are not cooked through. Still got the white part inside and it’s impossible to separate the cooked and the uncooked sagos apart when having this dessert. I threw the whole thing away.
The Durian cake is average.

They serve the cream puffs on flat plates so they immediately slid off the plate and dropped to the floor. Then they were also frozen on the inside because they didn't heat them

I have been to this franchise in other states and experience was very good and expectations were high before ordering. All 8 different items were bland and ended up throwing away.
Extremely Dissapointed with this location !!!

Slim picking on Asian dessert place in twin cities make this an automatic stand out. I enjoy the menu, however, there's sago is always too hard, and it always takes longer than I like to get my food. But the staffs are friendly, and I appreciate having the access to Asian dessert that otherwise I won't have if mango mango is not here

I had wonderful drinks and desserts each time I went in, but I did see some hairs stuck to one of their tables and it can be a bit dirty. Also, I could tell someone new was working and the experienced person was just being so mean. She kept encouraging this new person to talk to me when there is a self ordering system - made no sense. If you are going to use a self order system, don't worry about talking to the customers in my opinion. Overall, great for take out, not for dine in.

Crepes aren't fresh. Cold served and refrigerated. Crunchy not soft. Nutella crepe didn't taste like enough Nutella. Not so cleanly.

It was my first time eating here and the staff and the service was amazing. I got the mango and Oreo crepe cakes. It wasn’t too sweet which is perfect for me. The crepes were light and airy. I wasn’t very familiar with the menu but the staff member helped me a lot with the menu.

My mom loves their Green Tea Mille Crepe Cake. I went to pick up my order, and they got my name entirely wrong. Their Green Tea Mille Crepe Cake used to be good, but this time, it wasn't. All you can taste is the overwhelming matcha bitterness even though matcha is one of our favorite flavors in desserts. It's like the quality has gone down.

I recently visited this place and was extremely disappointed, not by the products but by the way I witnessed an employee being treated. The owner was constantly yelling at her staff, showing no respect whatsoever. It was really uncomfortable to watch, especially when she was slamming cups while pouring drinks. It's important to treat people with respect, and the way the workers were handled here was unacceptable. I definitely won’t be coming back, and I recommend others think twice before supporting a place that treats its employees so poorly.

Great desserts! One of the few places that have durian sweets. Very Asian style as everything was not overly sweet. Ordering is done on a touchscreen and very straightforward. I would highly recommend this place for a quick bite and drink.

My husband hasn't tried his dessert yet so this is based solely on mine. I got the musang king durian cream puff. My first bite was weird tasting but I powered through because it was so expensive. I'm sorry but it was just weirdly gross. So bad it made me shudder with repulsion. I wish I had gone with something else judging by the other reviews.
