I'm not sure who was taking the orders but if they get paid based on how fast they speak, give that girl a raise. She went "anything else? The screen look correct? Your total is $11 first window" we had to go "whoa! hold on we're not even done" then she says "what?" We finish our dorder and she goes "excuse me?".
The McDonald's across from Walmart in Maple Grove is better. Go there.

There’s no reason why every single time I come to this McDonald’s there’s only one person working the drive-through, so I have to wait for the person at the other drive-through to get through place in their order and then the lady comes back and takes my order and it’s extremely inconvenient. So I would suggest you guys get enough workers to cover the morning rush

Came here to order and was not acknowledged by anyone. I tried to get someone's attention and was completely ignored by everyone including the manager Tiffy. So I agree with the other reviews that this place has horrible customer service and rude staff. They need better training.

Been a frequent flyer here since they’re across the street from work (not my proudest accomplishment). Never have had an issue with any of the employees being mean. They’re always nice and willing to help out if something went wrong with the order. Always have fresh food that is actually hot. They do get incredibly busy in both the drive thru and inside due to the location so sometimes wait times vary.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a coffee for curbside pick up via the McDonald's mobile app. It was convenient and fast. I pulled into a spot, checked in via the app, and in less than three minutes I was handed my order. The order was hot and tasty. Good job Elk River McDonald's!
