I placed my order through the mobile app and pulled into the drive-thru, which has two lanes. I chose the left lane—big mistake. The staff never rotated between the lanes, and they took orders from six cars in the right lane without ever acknowledging me or even asking for my order. After sitting there completely ignored, I finally got frustrated and left. Not worth wasting my time or money at this location.

Quite possibly the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to in my life. The food was alright when we eventually got most of our order, but after waiting 30 minutes for even a sausage biscuit in the morning we gave up and left on some of the stuff we ordered.
In that 30-minute span, we saw 4 different people come in and demand a manager for missing items. We saw two DoorDash drivers come in and take priority over everyone, calling the attention of the employees and then making them work on their order. Both DoorDash drivers were casually leaning on the food drop shelf and playing on their phones too without the employees saying anything about it.
Our order was 1 frappe, 2 biscuits, and 2 pies too. But it was as if we ordered a 5 course meal.
This is not reflective of the employees that we could see - they were working hard, carrying food to tables, taking complaints, etc. Just seems like this place needs more help or more management or something. The drive thru seemed to flow well at least - just absolutely do not order in to eat here.

Employee would not take my order. Insisted I use kiosk instead. Offered to show me how to use it. I know how to use it, but prefer human interaction. Ketchup dispenser was out. When I informed the person that brought my food to the table, he said he would gladly bring me some. He never returned. Also there was a stereotypical issue that occurred, but didnt go beyond a verbal back-n-forth. If you insist on McDonald's, best use the drive-thru.

Been shorted food 3 times in last 2 months, how hards it to count and fill orders. I guess ill drive the extra miles to go to the other Maple Grove McDonalds. Order 4 and get 2. Seriously how hards this job.

Got coffee and oatmeal this morning and they both tasted really strong of cleaning supplies/chemicals of some sort, like whatever water they used this morning was not pure. Called the store and lady I spoke to said well she's been drinking the coffee this morning and there's nothing wrong with it, basically saying I was lying and blew it off. I've never spit coffee out before from tasting like chemicals but this was a first.

I can sufficiently say this is the worst McDonald’s in the western suburbs… we frequent Rogers, Monticello, Saint Michael, Weaver Lake Maple Grove and this location.. half the time we have to wait an extra 10 minutes for our food.. the fries are the worst (pale and greasy, not fried long enough) and they miss something or give us an incorrect order frequently. One time the manager yelled at us because we ordered an iced coffee and he claimed we wanted hot. 😬🙄

I have been to a lot of McDonald’s for breakfast and this is far the worst, the McGriddle wasn’t edible for human consumption. I have never had any problems anywhere else with a basic McGriddle. It tasted like they used expired products then threw it on the floor.
