If I order a meal such as idk Sausage Egg and Cheese McGriddle. I would appreciate if I get more than 33% of the items listed on said sandwich. Love driving all the way home to find out I got just sausage on it when the receipt says SEC.

Got the smallest, dryest nastiest quarter pounder with cheese I've ever had at the drive thru. Ordered it with the app. It was in a quarter pounder box but looked me like a regular burger.Kid-friendliness: Of course, it's McDonalds

I took my daughter inside for a quick bite. I needed to pay with cash and was left standing at the register for a while. Finally a lady walked up and asked if I knew how to use the kiosk to order and pay. I explained I wanted to pay with cash and she said with a stink attitude “ well it’ll be a minute, we are very busy” and then walked off.Nobody else was in line and the dining room was almost empty. We walked out after that. Terrible customer service at this location today. If you want customers to use the kiosk all the time then it should accept all forms of payment.

I generally have a good experience here as I’m a regular who works near by but today was a bit frustrating. I have had numerous times recently where I ask for my items in the drive thru and then show up to the window and those items were never even added. today for example, I got to the window and the lady didn’t even open the window she stuck her arm out and only told me the total, did not repeat my order back like they usually do. second window, my food is handed to me and told to have a good day. I stopped her and told her I had a drink as well. she immediately was like “nope you only paid for the food” and shut the window in my face not even giving a chance to be like “oh let’s take care of that real quick” and take payment there. it was a simple drink, not food or anything else. didn’t give me a chance to explain that it must have just not been added, absolutely nothing.
