I asked for 2 sunrise bowl and they put coconut stuff on the bowls. I told a different girl saying that’s not supposed to be on there. She said yeah it’s not. The same girl who made my bowl made it wrong again. So 2 times the order was wrong also on one she forgot to put bananas on so she made it totally wrong.

My family absolutely loves this place! Matt, one of the owners, is a genuine guy who was happy to explain the whole concept of the establishment to me. We now have become regulars and love Nautical Bowls! My wife's favorite is the Paddle Bowl and I love to get the Surf Bowl w/cashew cacao butter. Such a refreshing concept and great service every single time!

Bald tall guy is super rude and raised his voice at me. Totally unprofessional. I will go to the other nautical bowls where the customer service is better.
Very pleasant help, (I asked if I could buy the surfboard table, she didn’t know what to do with that ?) the açaí base was dry for a frozen base and not as much flavor as some of the others I’ve had. Some of the other base that were on top of the base (not the fruit) I did not care for as well. It’s just not as good “for me” as other places.

I love Nautical Bowls, and go to many of their locations quite frequently - however, my visit to the Maple Grove location is the only location that has served me peanut butter when I ordered almond butter. This is a fatal mistake, as I am allergic to peanut butter. Since I am allergic to peanut butter, I do not ever eat it, and I had no idea I was served peanut butter until it was too late (which is why I could not ask for a new bowl, I also did take-out). I have been once to the Maple Grove location about a year and a half ago, but last week I was served peanut butter for the first time EVER at any Nautical Bowls when I had ordered almond butter, due to my allergy. I had my epi-pen thankfully, but I still was close to an Emergency Room visit and became extremely sick, even after just a tiny bite of the peanut butter. Beware of this location if you have a peanut allergy!*I have never had a problem with this at any other location, for those wondering. I have been to Blaine, Minnetonka, Dinkytown, and Eagan.*

We love Nautica balls! I brought my three granddaughters there, and all four of us were very happy! The people that work there are always wonderful also! It is the new favorite spot to bring the granddaughters :-)
