I ordered a large order for delivery. The manager called and was very rude and confused about the delivery time and told me they don't deliver. Turns out they do deliver! I don't recommend ordering from this Panchero's. Not good!

My wife and I came in tonight and were treated like they didn’t want us there. Very small portions and rude staff. We’re talking pinches of toppings saying they'll charge extra for anything more. At checkout they wouldn’t honor a emailed coupon, citing that we need to have the app. Very poor experience and we will not be returning.

Ordered a $90 delivery through the Pancheros app and ended up missing food. They claimed it was door dash (I did NOT order through door dash) but that’s who they contracted for delivery. They told me either I can come pick up the missing food or else they can refund me for the burrito but not both. I explained if I have to drive there it defeats the purpose of the delivery fee and the tip and they said I have to dispute it with door dash. I called door dash and they said since their contracted through the restaurant it has to go through them because they don’t get my payment information. The burrito that was missing was for one of my children so by the time I drove there and back to get the missing burrito everyone’s food was cold and I spent $20 on nothing when I still ended up having to drive there anyways and eat cold food.

Why would anyone even go to Chipotle anymore, when you have a PANCHEROS in town?! These guys do it RIGHT! Quality ingredients, QUALITY, you can taste the difference, see the difference, absolutely delicious, 12/5 stars!

Both burritos were made wrong. She knew that they were made wrong because she came out and sent me with the vinaigrette before I went out the door. I ordered the vinaigrette to be on the burritos, but thought no big deal. When we got home (no names were put in the burrito either) both of ours had black beans and we didn’t order black beans. Also the chips were stale. Very disappointed as I love this Pancheros and was excited to have one closer, but this locations food is terrible. I threw both burritos away as the beans were hard as rocks. $30 down the drain and I learned my lesson. Super disappointed

DO NOT EAT HERE. The staff is untrained and the manager obviously has zero experience running a restaurant. Food was cold and really bland but somehow took forever. They can't even get an order with two items right. The prices are way too high for food and service this bad. Go literally ANYWHERE ELSE. Wish I could give zero stars, this place doesn't even deserve one.
