99% sure some meth head is working for them, I ordered a large cheese pizza, they gave me a medium with sauce caked all over. So much sauce the cheese was sliding off, not to mention all of the crust became a soggy disgusting mesh. Wish I could rate 0 stars.

I've had too many bad experiences to count at this point. A few weeks ago my pizza box was soaked in oil that had spilled out of the box from my breadsticks. Tonight I ordered at 11pm and it is now 12:20 and my pizza has still not been delivered even though the estimated time was 40-50 min. This location is the absolute worst.

today was a snow day and I had some extra points on my app so I decided to order some pizzas I got all the way there was greeted by a very rude employee that lied right to my face and said we're closed and I tried to call you I checked my cell phone and told her that I did not receive any calls and then she tried to say that it was another person that called totally inappropriate totally bogus and now my points are used up even though she lied to me and said she reversed it I'm very upset my kids were upset and this is not how you do business I would like a manager to contact me

Order pizza tonight and when I got it the order was wrong. I called the store and asked for the pizza to be remade correctly. When the driver brought the new pizza out he put it on my lobby floor. This is unacceptable and I will be filing a complaint with corporate. I spoke to the store manager and he was not very helpful.

Just picked up a pizza. It was very busy. My order was messed up and about four people who came after me got their pizza before me. Of course I had a concert to get to so I asked the adult whom I assume was the manager. She snapped at me, made up my pizza and threw it down. NOT impressed. I was very kind about it. Please note that all of the young people who worked there were kind and apologetic.
Your driver with the license plate 553 PRP drives like an idiot. Smoking with one hand and phone in his face with the other. I'd bet tobacco flavored pizzas are great.

Tried to use Lynx Win 50% off and didn't get the discount. We got our pizzas and called the manager who responded “well, how much did you think you should pay?†Our two pizzas came to $34 (we got a $9 discount) but pretty sure that was 50% off...manager was rude and did not do the math right when explaining our totals to us. I have never left a review on anything, but felt compelled to point out the lack of customer service at this location.

Great pizza. I really like their crust. I ordered with the app because it's 2018, and that's what you do. I went to pick it up, no problems. They always have good coupons in the app too. Don't listen to the bad reviews. Those people are upset about politics, not pizza. And the local owners and employees have nothing to do with those politics.
