Ordered 8 pizzas and 5 breadsticks to feed the crew on a Saturday. Ordered for 11:00am pickup. Recieved text that it was ready for pickup at 10:24. Pizza was cold by 11:15 for when we were scheduled to eat and the quality of the pizza at this branch was the worst I have ever experienced. Papa John's used to be my goto place for pizza, but I will never order at this branch again. Frozen pizza would have been better. Guys were very disappointed with the pizza and I ended up throwing away over half of the food. Last time, there was barely enough. Elk River location quality was much better.

Coupon sent to me was not valid when called to order. They transferred me to actual store and the young man had trouble entering order and using the promo. That didn't bother me so much because I have teenage kids and knew he was still learning. We ordered a thin and an original pizza. The thin was not eatable. Crust tasted like uncooked crackers, barely any sauce, parts uncovered by cheese and the sausage tasted horrible. The original pepperoni was slightly better. Soggy, but flavor was better. May try them again about 6 months to see if they work the kinks out.

Those Papa Johns commercials with the stuffed crust got to me. I ordered a works pizza with the stuffed crust. It was amazing. The Papa John's stuffed crust is a lot better than other stuffed crust I've had. It is a softer, creamier, stringy cheese instead of what seems like a cheese stick jammed in the crust. I ordered online and it was ready right on time. Even though a new location, they seem to have it figured out!

This location recently opened. The store is bright with a modern setup. The pizza was fresh, and nicely assembled. Keep up the great work!

So excited for Papa John's to be back in maple grove! We ordered online and there were some issues with the papa John's ordering interface that weren't great but that isn't reflective of the store. Ordered and system said pickup would be 25-30 min estimate but it was ready in about 15. There was a few people inside and others coming and going in my short stop to pick up food so it seems business is good on a Saturday night. Parking in this location is pretty good but does have the potential to be full depending on time of day based on other businesses nearby. On a Saturday around 5;30 there was no issues. Pizza and breadsticks were hot and delicious. Perfect amount of toppings and good distribution. Papa John's is definitely getting added to your pizza rotation.
