The two girls that took my order did not listen when I ordered the size of my pizza after I had already placed an online order at a different location. I asked for the largest triple pepperoni pizza and paid. When my daughter went to get the pizza the girl charged me $19 for a medium pizza when I originally had a family pizza for $13.99 I came back into the store and let them know the pizza was the wrong size and the girl with blonde hair proceeded to argue with me that she repeated my order after she continued to argue with me I asked for a refund. After that they could not figure out how to give me a refund and wanted to play victim when the girl started cussing at me because I was mad about my pizza. She then invited customers to join in on the argument apologizing for my behavior instead of hers. I am African American and feel that I was being discriminated against as well as when I told the blonde girl to stop talking to me she refused and continued to argue & cuss with me and I argued with her and the customer who was a man. The other worker Reese was very helpful and tried to diffuse the situation but the 18yr old blonde worker was disrespectful and needs to be retrained in customer service. If you are a person of color I would not buy anything here. When I asked for the supervisors information the same worker hung up the phone in my face. So I am posting this public review.

The customer service here is absolutely fantastic! The person helping us was so kind and thoughtful it made our day! We also love how Papa Murphy's has dairy free options. Overall great experience! We don't live near this location but we may have to come back to Maple Grove just for the Papa Murphy's pizza. :)
