This is the perfect place to get a healthy protein shake for breakfast or lunch. The shakes are delicious and feel indulgent but are good for you. The people and atmosphere are what makes the experience extra special.

My first time here and Courtney was amazing. She did a fitness scan and went over all my info. I was impressed in the data I received. All the staff were friendly and very welcoming. I bought some teas and protein for home. I highly recommend. Thank you Courtney. I’ll see you again soon
