My food was barely room temperature, I sent it back. It tasted fine after that, but just fine. Service was almost non existent. This was our third time and we will not be back. We've never had a good experience at this location.

Had a reservation on Xmas Eve after Christmas church service. It was at least communicated up front the flow of seating and food had serious delays. our table for 4 was 25 minutes after our request time. We ordered entrees immediately upon our beverages arrived. It was an hour later food was delivered from the kitchen. I'm not the manager but the kitchen was very behind and just seems the amount of carry out and DoorDash action at that part of the restaurant observed seemed to crush the operation for this evening experience.

We made reservations for Christmas Eve. Open table and the restaurant accommodated our party of 4. We waited over an hour and we still had 12 people ahead of us. Everyone was frustrated. People had been waiting hours WITH reservations. Open table was still allowing reservations even though people were waiting over an hour for food and over two hours for a table. They need to create a better system for holiday dinners. This was a very frustrating experience for everyone waiting!!

This was the worst experience I have had with a restaurant and a reservation . When we arrived on time for our 6:30pm reservation we were informed that our table would not be ready for at least 1.5 hours. When I asked what happened to our reservation we were told that the manager overbooked and we would just have to wait. There must have been 60 other people in the lobby facing the same issue. So with two children ages 10 and 7 we were faced with trying to find another place to dine with no reservations at 6:30pm on Christmas Eve. Our family tradition of dining in a nice place that we had not experienced before was destroyed for this year. We will never go back to this location after this experience.

We had reservations for 4 people on Christmas Eve for 6pm. We realized it would be busy but the wait time for getting seated and getting our food was beyond ridiculous. We waited 1 hr and 15 mins for our table and our food took 2 hours to be served which was ordered immediately upon seating. The managers did not do a good job of communicating the expectations of the wait time. I felt bad for the servers and cooks due to the over commitment of the mangers where they didn't know how to handle the crowd AND continued to fill takeout orders beyond capacity. We will not return.

Our waitress was fantastic. But the place was overwhelmed with Christmas Eve guests. The staff didn't handle it well. We waited nearly 90 minutes for our main courses. It seemed to me that the diners were deprioritized in favor of the take out orders. The take out line often extended out into the dining room so that people waiting for their orders were actually standing next to our table at times. Now I understand that it was Christmas Eve and, again, our waitress did her best, but you can't run a restaurant where take out customers are standing in the dining room. That's no longer a dining experience; that's McDonalds.

Place was very good. Made a reservation referring to a birthday but no mention from server. Was trying to make it a surprise. Otherwise all was good.
The host and servers were very nice and helpful, however the food was disgusting and not worth it. The noodles had no flavor , the honey chicken had barely any chicken it was mostly thick batter they used to fry it, my boyfriend got the shrimp and he barely had shrimp as well it was mostly batter. I tried the peach lemonade and it did not taste like peach. Do not recommend your better ordering from your local Chinese restaurant.

We used to LOVE PF Changs but we hadn’t been in awhile so we decided to stop for lunch today. Total disappointment. Our food was lukewarm at best. Today is cold and blustery so why they sit anyone near the door is beyond me. Every time the revolving door turned another blast of cold air hit our table. The restaurant was not busy so they could have sat us away from the door. Our waitress acted like she hated waiting on us and my husband resorted to drinking my daughter’s water because we didn’t get refills until we asked her for the check. Also the bathroom was gross. Our whole visit was a disappointment and I so wanted it to be great. With so many other options in the area we will not be returning.

The food was great, I got the Buddha's Feast and it met my expectations. Our waiter was incredible, I didn't catch his name but he was a younger guy and did a great job while being friendly and genuine. I will definitely come back, but I'd love to see expanded vegan offerings.
