I chose Pittsburgh Blue as this was an occasion to be with my children. The server was memorable. Sean took care of us in a very subtle and respectful way. The food was amazing. I truly enjoy the level of service at this establishment. Thank you for making this a night to remember.

We were sat down and was greeted by our server, from there it got worse, we sat there for over 15 mins server, name Rick I do believe never came back to our Table to take our order. But in that same time there were two other tables he was serving, that were sat after we were he managed to get their drinks and take their food order and still never came back, at that my wife and I decided to leave, on the way out we ask the hostess to get the manager, well let me tell you we explained to the manager what happen, he half-heartedly apologizes to us after almost 30 mins of our time was wasted and asked if we wanted to sit in the bar, needless to say we felt like we were nothing more than trash, especially after the numerous of times I have spent my hard earned money at Pittsburg Blue! Manager customer service could care less to say the least! Unless we are apologized to in a way more professional manner and some type of amends is made I will never be back, I can get an expensive steak a lot of places in the Twin Cities.

When you go to a steakhouse, have the steak. Three of five got the seafood salad and never again. It was bland ... no matter hope much salt, pepper and additional dressing changed that. I have a gluten allergy and while the other two salads had lovely green romaine lettuce mine had old chopped up iceberg lettuce. It will be awhile before we return, even though our service itself was very good.

The steak was excellent. Asparagus was good but the sauce to dunk it in was terrible. But the waiter took it off the bill. Which was awesome. Ok. So. As far as the price. It was unreal. Streaks, loaded potatoes, Asparagus, and 2 lemonade. $180.00. Yeah. It was good. But not that good. I'm glad I went. But I won't be going again any time soon.

Despite reservation and empty tables we had to wait. brought basket of rolls dripping in butter. Had to wait for waiter to come back and tell him dairy alergy-no butter. Looking at menu we say nothing comes with the entree. Salad extra, vegetables extra, potatoes extra. And very expensive. I splurged and ordered filet mignon. Bf ordered T bone. Had to pay $18 for a potato o the side. My steak arrived on a plate by itself. no garnish, nothing else. Kinda pricy at $49. Gave bf a bite of mine and he had to put in his napkin. Grissel. Hand cut steak shouldn't be full of grissel and fat. His was ok. They brought us a little cheesecake at the end. That was on the house as we were celebrating something. Waiter was nice. Probably won't go back. $200 for a roll, 2 steaks and one potato and tip. No thanks. Highly over rated.
Great food & quick service. Portion sizes were great, and the entree salad was larger than expected. The ribeye was tender & juicy while the filet was very flavorful. They originally undercooked the filet, but our server was very quick to rectify the problem. The dessert was fantastic. Highly recommend the cheesecake with strawberries. All in all great food & quick service made for a great date night. Well worth the price.

The hostess was terrible but the waitress , food, and atmosphere was amazing. Best scallops I have ever had. The steak is cooked perfectly. So tender and juicy and the fat carmalizes on the steak. Melt in your mouth! Would definitely go back.

 We had a very enjoyable experience celebrating a birthday at Pittsburgh Blue. Our waiter. Nikki was very pleasant and efficient. Coconut, shrimp and blue cheeseburger were delicious. It was a nice surprise to have a complementary dessert. I would recommend this restaurant for all occasions.

Our server was amazing. I'm from Maryland, so we're picky about our seafood. And the scallops were top notch. The crab cakes, though not Maryland style, were delicious. My only complaint is that I long for the prime rib every day. It was so good that every meal since has been bland and purely for sustenance.
