Portillo's Maple Grove

My food was fine, the service was fine, what I have a problem with is they make these young people stand outside without a heated space to take orders in winter. This is RIDICULOUS. I am horrified that this is allowed and whoever thought this was a good idea needs to be spoken to by the MN labor board. The young man who took my order barely had on enough warming gear to keep him safe. If you want to appear to be like Chik Fil A, then at least give them warming shelters to stand in. I am thoroughly disappointed, you should be ashamed.

Love the chili cheese dog, it's basic, but it's good. Everyone else I know loves the Italian beef and chopped salad and the cake shakes are delicious!

Awesome quality for an awesome price. My favorite!

This place has such an exciting atmosphere for some reason; It makes you feel cool even if you're just waiting for your food. But on top of that, their prices are more than fair, they've got generous portions, and their food is quite good. If nothing else, get their Chocolate Cake Shake, it's fantastic!

Decided to stop by 11/24/24 after some shopping, kids had hot dogs(plain, ketchup and mayo) my husband had a burger. I don’t eat meat so I just had fries with cheese, while eating my husband said it tasted strange and he couldn’t understand. Well all night I was running between all my three kids vomiting one after another. Husband just didn’t feel well. It had to have been the meat I was the only one that didn’t eat meat and was fine.

Very Unpleasant experience ordered 3 double cheese burger baskets everything was cold fry were over salted it also took 4 ever to get are food.
Workers are very rude wont be back no Stars. If I owned this restaurant I would be very embarrassed on how it is being ran.

Portillo’s hit the spot with their classic Chicago dogs! The flavors were on point – just what I needed to get my Chicago dog fix. Quick and efficient drive-through service made the experience even better. Definitely a go-to for a taste of Chicago!

Being from Chicago Portillo's was 1 of my favorite places to get beefs with North Riverside & Downtown locals in specific. My last couple of visits to the Maple Grove,Mn location has been very disappointing to say the least both times ordering the large beef dipped with xtra hot peppers. Neither times was my order dipped and I can count the peppers they added on 1 hand. I surly will not be visiting this location again or possibly visiting another Portillo"s outside of the Chicagoland area.
