Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Chicken fingers were EXTREMELY DRY, over cooked. Had to wait in drive thru for almost an hour.

Good chicken but got the end of the basket of fries, all small ones

Usually fairly quick. We typically get 4-5 box combos when we go through the drive thru and then we ask for a BUNCH of hot sauce only to find that we got 3-5 packs which is never enough.

I don't know if you give a rats a55 about what the customer thinks, but I'll just give you a couple things...
First, we really don't enjoy your music through the drive-thru. Could you turn those speakers off outside?
Also, nobody likes your stupid jingles, "chicken chicken chicken whose chicken ya lickin?" sounds so dumb and so patronizing. Why don't you just let us order when they're ready, Todd?

Do not go through the drive thru. They get the order wrong/give you the wrong items 9 out of 10 times.

Hi, I went to get food for my wife and kid at 2:40pm on Valentine’s Day and it was slow barely any cars when I got here order 2 box combo and was told to pull up and wait next to the sign waited a good 15 mins and seeing cars that pulled up after me getting food and driving off and I’m there sitting like a duck waiting. Took them 20 mins to get my food . My wife went inside to ask for ketchup and the cashier only gave her 1 and she had to ask another time for 1 more . And in total she only had 2 and asked for 1 more and the cashier laughed at her face. This is very unprofessional behavior and lack of service I would not recommend coming to this location for canes and would go elsewhere. These people are diabolical with no sense of respect towards people. Very bad experience!!!!

Canes used to be in my regular "on-the-go" rotation options, but anytime I go there now something isn't right with the food or the order. Haven't been there in almost a year after a subpar experience and today the food I got was so salty it was borderline inedible.

I went through drive thru and was given the worst canes toast I’ve ever had it was crumbly and cold. Tried to call but they don’t answer their phone so they get a google review instead.

Looks like owner replied but gave me a corporate link. Everyone knows corporate doesn’t get anything done.

Very disappointed. Went through the drive through and the staff was horrible at taking our order. They ended up getting the order wrong even after going over it multiple times. We ask for light ice, and they basically filled the cup full of ice anyways?

I've heard nothing but amazing things about Cane's. I was there last Wednesday around noon and it wasn't good. I ordered two chicken tenders. The drive through was fast, and the employee was polite. The sauce was good. But the oil needed to be changed really really badly. It was old dirty oil. Bummer. I had such high hopes.

Raising Cane's is getting to the point where they don't care. Luke warm chicken, cold limp fries, and inconsistent sweet tea.
