When we arrived, there was a long line that we had to wait in. To our pleasant surprise, we were at the counter within 5 minutes and had our food in front of us within a few minutes of placing our order. And it was delicious!!!

0/10 experience, When we first walk in I asked the cashier where my order was. They laughed in my face and said, “the order got stolen.” They told us they would make another batch in a few minutes. 30 minutes gone by and we still hadn’t receive our food. After talking to the workers they gave us our food. Luckily, the manger apologized and gave us 2 free box combos cards but that doesn’t justifies the workers irresponsible behavior.

I walked into this place having already tried their Wasilla, Alaska location and finding the food acceptable though still nothing to write home about.The music they were playing — for atmosphere? — was so obnoxious as to be insufferable. Absolutely, utterly, cringe-inducingly insufferable.After probably twenty seconds or so I was able to predict that I would not survive the continued auditory onslaught, so I turned around and left; willingly spending more hours hungry on I-94 than put up with having to listen to whatever that tuneless, thumping dreck actually was.Seems maybe the kids staffing the place haven't been told it's not a night club.

So I don't travel to Cane's much as any locations are typically a good 8-10 mile drive. I decided to finally visit this location in Maple Grove since I was in the area. Pulled in the Drive through and was pretty backed up. I figured it's dinner time, understandable! I get to the speaker to place my order after a good 35-40mn wait. State my order so I don't waste other people's time and was asked to repeat and since the employee on the other end could not keep up with a box combo, unsweetened tea, extra order of fries, and a kids lemonade. Pay at the window with and finally in less than two minutes I get my food to finally drive away. I didn't pay much attention but realized I was given a normal sized lemonade and my tea was SWEETENED!!! I could have cared less about the wait since I have a good patience level and work food service. BUT, when I realized the tea was sweetened it killed the whole mood for me....I guess what I am getting at is this experience was sub par and disappointing especially after getting the wrong tea during the long wait.

Arrived at 1007 on a weekday. Proceeded to sit in the drive thru with ONE car in front of me for over 30 minutes! Truly terrible service. Just change your hours to 11 if you cannot open in times. My last time giving my money away here
