Chicken waffles came out air fried. Definitely not deep fried or even close, with absolutely zero Nashville hot flavor. Didn't touch my food after the first bite and server never questioned it even after denying a box for the entire untouched meal. Meal took an hour to come out and came out wrong the first time, maybe it was an off day but when spending 100 dollars you'd expect better.

Amazing food! Good fast service! We made reservations for valentines day and the service was surprisingly fast for being so busy and the food was well worth the cost! Absolutely loved the espresso martini as well!

The food was amazing. The service was terrible. Asked for water multiple times, never got a refill. Had to be reminded that a drink was ordered from the bar for it to arrive. Then was charged a fee for a large party (4 adults, 2 kids is not a large party). Wont be back to dine it

Went here for an early lunch on a very cold winter Sunday. The place was warm and comfortable, and we were seated by a window next to the fireplace. Our server, Lex if my old memory serves, was pleasant and attentive. I requested some fruit in my diet coke, and he obliged handsomely- see the pix. All it needed was a few maraschino cherries. Lex was asked to surprise me and order for me something he likes, and I wasn't disappointed. Served up was a wonderful, perfectly spiced side of BBQ ribs, with Cole slaw and French Fries. The only issue might be the somewhat petite serving portions of the sides. My kid had the fried chicken sandwich and the same sides, giving it a very good rating. His issue was it being too tall, making it necessary to remove one of the chicken pieces to eat it. He did think the sides were mediocre. The restroom was clean and spacious, but could have been a little cleaner - it looked like it was not cleaned from the previous day.

Made a reservation for a table in the bar- arrived said the open tables in bar were not available, so sat us in the freezing cold dining room- everyone around us kept their coats on it was that cold. Server took our drink order at 640- didn't get drinks til 720... sat and shivered endlessly- the tables in the bar sat unsay the entire time- except people consistently asking the hostess manager (Asian woman in jeans and a dress coat) to move there- she kept saying no... and the servers would eventually cave and let a table move there. The front right hand side of the restaurant should NOT have been open with the cold- no one should have to eat a $140 meal in their coats inside. The woman managing the host stand could not have been more rude to everyone at the host stand it was embarrassing- our server was kind and apologetic- but our drinks still took way longer than they should have and we got our app/salad AFTER our prime rib was almost done eaten. Overall there til 9pm for a 630 reservation to not be sat where we made the reservation to shiver, wait for ever for food, and not a soul stopped by to check on us. We kept sneaking to the bathroom just to stand in the warmth. Shame on you.
