Rodizio Grill Brazilian Steakhouse Maple Grove

I think this place has taken a step back, I remember meats being much better seasoned, especially their top cuts. Service was Meh, speaking way to fast. Top items were pineapple, shrimp cavechi, rice and the parm beef. The place was pretty dead, and very expensive for what you got. Total missed: The Ham, spicy chicken, and many of the other cut has they weren't seasoned very well. I added salt which helped. The background music was more in the foreground as it was pretty loud. 4 of us, all agreed we weren't coming back.

Went here several years ago. Food is not as good as it once was. Salad bar is still solid, but the meat was not what it was. Probably will not be returning.

The food and service were both great! Thank you Rodizio for providing dinner as a Veterans Day gift. It was much appreciated.

It was an ok experience. The restaurant was cold inside. The attention to detail is lacking, I had to tell them to sweep up dropped food on the floor under our table. Saw more food underneath other tables. Service time for drinks took long for a non busy evening. May need more training on cutting the meat at tables. Salad bar was not kept up with demand. Tables should be provided with the menu of meats available that evening. Had to ask for refill of water when glasses were empty. The food was average, fish was over cooked-remove the peppers, they're unnecessary, seasonings weren't consistent, and my family and I were there to celebrate multiple birthdays which was mentioned when making the reservation. So why ask during the reservation if the restaurant can't remember? I would not return back, unless there was a discount or I was given a gift card.

This was Halloween night, so it was pretty quite for an early dinner. We were seated in a back room, so service was definitely slow and not sure all the gauchos even knew we were back there. Waitress even admitted that she forgot about us. It was a little difficult to get medium rare meats, as some were too done and dry. There was definitely some tasty cuts though and we did enjoy the dinner.

This was a wonderful lunch in maple grove. Katherine was our server and she was phenomenal; so attentive and kind. She always made our water glasses full, removed our dishes quickly, and explained the meat and dessert process. She is a big part of why we will return again to enjoy a meal.

Good food us awesome here. Would definitely recommend for people to come here. It will be a good experience. Highly recommend

What a great venue! The meat just kept coming and coming to our table. You can have as much as you want, and to whatever level of doneness you prefer. Katherine was the consummate server. Professional, pleasant, and attentive. We will be back soon, and will refer others.

They used to be better. I was disappointed. The servers were great the food wasn't. Featured items were missing. Low variety. Pork belly I had to ask for was raw. As a group it was 400$ and not worth it.

Great five year anniversary dinner! Easy to find a parking spot great service and amazing food.

We had a reservation for 715 I was supposed to be there at 645 to set the table up. I called previously and made sure that was okay when I got there your host. The one with the glasses was extremely rude acted like she did not want to be there. Acted like we were a huge inconvenience. Even after I ask, can I set the balloons on the table? Before the birthday boy got there, she told me to hold on and that she was gonna go see us. That wasn't the point. The point was to have the balloons on the table and ready. Then when I went back and asked her for. For a high chair which I had already asked for in the reservation notes and confirmed when I called the day before she acted like it was the end of the world and that she was so put out and when I moved the chair back so she could put the high chair in, she told me I couldn't keep that chair there, obviously I knew that I was trying to help her, so I asked her if there was a problem. And if we were inconveniencing her and she said , no , it was the worst customer service experience I had ever dealt with , I will never be back with such a large group , we spent a thousand dollars there that was absolutely ridiculous and solely based on her customer service, I will absolutely never be back.Because of her alone, unfortunately, in this industry, there are one000 other restaurants we could have gone to, and we chose that one.And now we will never be back. The server was fine and unfortunately, the meat selection was not on point either.We kept getting only chicken and pork brought to our table.Really not a lot of selections going on even after we asked for specific cuts.

i had reservations and our table was still not ready after 20 mins. also the host when we first walked in had a very bad attitude, very sharp with her tone and did not seem to want to be working to be honest gave me alot of attitude when i told her i had reservations and didnt smile once. food was great but based off service id go to fogo de chao for the extra $25.
