The Maple Grove location is permanently closed per the corporate office in Illinois. Unfortunately they were still selling gift cards up to about a week before they closed so now I'm stuck with a $50 gift card. The corporate office doesn't seem interested in addressing this problem. If you are reading this review outside of Minnesota keep their integrity in mind when you are thinking of going there.

Inconsistent.I understand staffing shortages, but I work nearby and they haven't been open in over two weeks.... I went there with my family on my lunch break and it was not Chicago styled pizza at all. It was thin and greasy. Both my father and I were sick. His stomach was upset and I had diarrhea. I'm guessing the TOGO full pizza option is an actual chicago-styled but since the store is NEVER open, can't say. I'd give it a two star review but I'm holding out to give it a second chance. If it never opens during the week when it says it will, I'll never be able to....

Ordered online with coupon for curbside pickup, used the tracker on the app, and it was ready right on time. Very quick and pleasant curbside delivery. Unfortunately this time our pizza was slightly overdone, so it was dry and the crust was a little burnt. That detracted from the flavor of this normally delicious all meat pizza. I liked it so well last time, I’m willing to give Rosati’s another try. Hard to find really outstanding pizza near Brooklyn Park.

Ordered catering for my sons birthday 3 days in advanced. 1 minute before scheduled delivery they cancelled the order. Completely unacceptable, I am now scrambling to feed 30 people and had to leave my sons birthday. This is a moment that will be remembered and shared to many. No one will answer the phone either.I’m sure you will use staffing as your excuse but you don’t cancel 1 minute before scheduled delivery.

I ordered a single slice combo with salad and was fully satisfied with what i got for my money. Slices are HUGE and they are generous with the toppings. How can you complain? Great value and the service was excellent also

We had a delicious pizza cooked to perfection from Rosati's. The sauce has great flavor as well as the homemade sausage and pepperoni. Each bite of pizza was filled with top notch ingredients and full of flavor. Try Rosati's pizza, you will not be disappointed!
