The food was very good. There were a lot of choices for gluten friendly and vegetarian. The ambiance was nice. The service was very friendly! I really enjoyed the professional mannerisms of the employees.

This used to be one of my favorite places to eat, but unfortunately, the quality of the food and service has declined.
While the waiter was nice (and apologetic), he disappeared into the back for long periods of time (perhaps cooking too?).
The table was sticky - I set my wallet down on the table and it stuck to the table and actually became coated with gunk.
It was a very long wait (I'm guessing 45 minutes) for the food to come out, and our appetizers came out with the food.
One dish was cold and it looked like it was sitting out for a long time. The noodles were semi-dried along the edges and the sauce was discolored on top. Another dish had mushy shrimp. Another dish had pepper flakes, but was supposed to be 0 spice level. The waiter said they made a mistake and replaced the dish. Lastly, the curry broth was not as good as in the past.
We asked for silverware several times after the food came out - it probably took 5 minutes to get silverware. I had to get up and ask for the check 10 minutes after finishing our food. I could go on, but I think you get the idea.
I hope management can turn things around.

Best Pad Thai I’ve had! I’m not claiming to be an expert by any means, but my meal was delicious and I’m already looking forward to ordering it again.

Ordered online. Everything was bland and it was expensive.

Eggrolls dripped with grease, too much oil on everything. Just your typical greasy american style asian food. We were invited but would never eat there again.

Quinton is an amazing server! Just the right balance of attentiveness and space. He graciously presented a dessert to a friend celebrating a new job. The appetizer assortment and curry was delicious. And it was quiet enough for conversation. Delightful evening, thank you!

We love the food at Sawatdee! Our dinner last night was excellent and a great value with their valentines special.

This was by far the worst idea to have dinner at this location. During our visit, there was no ambiance. The little tea candle was even dried out. The Valentine's Menu was not provided initially, and the waiter spoke very little English. I usually dine at the Bloomington location, and I will never stray again. The food was absolutely terrible. The rice was tasteless. The shrimp were watery and rubbery. The eggrolls were even nasty. The cabbage was uncooked and there was no seasoning. Thai food is normally flavorful. That was not the case. We did not order from the event menu. We ordered our usual. The cream cheese wontons aren't sweet and too filled with firm cream cheese. We left all items ordered on the table. I attempted to complain but my words fell on deaf ears, as the young man had little knowledge of what I was complaining about. Out of the 3 Sawatdee locations, this is the worst. All 3 vary in taste and customer service. Go to the Bloomington Location.

This was my first experience with a Sawatdee restaurant so I cannot compare it to the past but it seemed to me that a great restaurant should be full of patrons on a beautiful Sunday afternoon. It was not. There were only two tables occupied in a cavernous space. The food was not exceptional with portions of protein on the stingy side. Our waiter needed to be asked for cutlery after the meal was served and a 2nd time for spices.

We came by after 730 on a Saturday night. The rush had cleared and the place was fairly quiet. The hostess and wait staff were attentive, polite and knowledgeable. We had a fine time with their help and tipped our appreciation before leaving.

Very much geared toward DoorDash. Acrylic panels between booths were filthy, I stared at finger and head prints on it behind our friends heads. Service was slow and not attentive. My meal was pictured on the menu (Red Curry Chicken). There were 2 slices of green pepper and 1 disc of jalapeño and a ton of bamboo shoots. Then because I asked for spicy level 2, they dumped red pepper flakes on top. Very unappealing. Very disappointed, will not go back.

Food was good as usual but slightly less stellar than in the past. We came in later (close to 9) so maybe that was part of it.
