My coffee tasted like plastic, this has never happened at other locations before. The previous time I got a drink from this location they gave me a 70% empty cup simply because I asked for no ice. Not visiting this Starbucks location again.

If you want to pay $7 for a coffee and get a larger size and only be full 3/4th of the way this is the place to go. Wasn’t going to leave a review but this is the 4th time this has happened. Terrible.

I love this location because it has lots of seating and great natural light. But because of the exposed ceiling, sounds echoes everywhere, and the music is SO LOUD every time I come in. Management, please turn it down!
Starbucks has raised its prices, yet their customer service has fallen. ? Some employees make you feel like they are the ones in Guatemala picking the beans! Omg, for the love of Casi Cielo; which is the one favorite coffee from February and it’s really not the one with hints of chocolate, beware of the watered down version made from their new automated machines !!!

First time ordering from this location we ordered a peppermint mocha Frappuccino and a mocha crunch Frappuccino, both drinks were not even what was ordered. I won't be returning to this store period. On top of the order being wrong the employee that was at the window had an attitude. A little advice I would give is if your not happy with your job then maybe it's time to find something different.

The frappuccino was good but I wanted a lot of extra stuff and it was on the paper on the cup and it was good but it had caramel or butterscotch in it and down the whipped cream. I hate butterscotch but it was still good.
I made a mistake with my order today, but Alya, a coworker, was very understanding and helped me correct it. She was extremely kind and helpful. Keep up the great work!

Dietary restrictions: Some Caribou no longer charge extra for non-dairy milk options but Starbucks still charges for it.

How do you have outdoor seating without providing a way for your guests to throw away their trash?? This is our littering happens. Starbucks, do better. Also, let your employees unionize.
