I was just at this Maple Grove Starbucks. The managers name is TEE they could not break $100 bill and their Apple Pay doesn’t work. Shocking in this damn age is Starbucks of all places that is crazy busy doesn’t have enough cash for $100 or an Apple Pay that is functional. When asking if we could pay it forward and add on somebody else’s drink behind me and keep it moving Denied it no free drinks he said clearly he misunderstood this Starbucks is A freaking manager of tea I’d highly recommend trying some else as Starbucks is everywhere

Drive through worker openly sarcastic about a dollar tip on a coffee saying 'thanks for the dollar'. Really? Such rude workers at this location in the past year and I've been coming here regularly for years.

I came here everyday. and I ordered custom drinks. Today, I very upset with the employee. I ask him "Can you try to remake it? Because it is not correct" He said I just make what is on the cup. However, I tried to explain to him that it is not correct. He throw the drink into the trash can and act like really really mad. I am upset with that employee. I hope the manager can training employee again. Thank you!

Sat in drive through for 15 minutes at 3:30 pm, with only 4 cars in front of me. Then they made my drink wrong (hot instead of iced as i requested) and I couldn't wait any longer, so I just left with nothing. What a waste of time. Very disappointed in their service. When I called the manager, he said they're doing the best they can, he had all sorts of excuses and was rude. I will definitely not be coming back to this location. The gal working the drive thru must have been new and was oblivious to me even waiting at the window for 4 minutes, as she just continued trying to take an order, but kept asking for help punching items in, it appeared. Way to learn. Throw your employees into the fire.

Employees are kind but there is truly no structure when it comes to get your drink on the interior, I do not blame the employees. I blame the system that the corporate regime has set up. Please figure out a better way to inform people when their drink is ready. Thank you

Rude Erin shoved my drink in my hand, didn't offer a cup holder, and the $30 coffee spilled all over the car floor. I tried calling about it, but some other rude individual answered and hung up on me, then when I called back, he lied about hanging up. Lost customers now. I won't be going back!
