I normally don't leave a review for Starbucks, but Miley was the sweetest person I've ever encountered. She made me laugh and overall just has an amazing personality. What a wonderful person to hire and to encounter during a coffee pickup. Not to mention she had a great drink suggestion!

Ebba Makes Room For Them
Literally so rude to me every time I come in for no reason. I work in the same building so you would expect some sort of respect/niceness but most of the workers are stuck up and mean.. Not to mention the inside was closed on Valentine’s day and they still let you place an order for pick up inside. Called the store and they directed me to call support to get my order refunded because I didn’t have time to go through the drive thru- which again the worker was rude about.

I waited over 10 minutes in drive through for Rochel to take my order. Then, it was another 5-10 minutes to get my order. This location is super slow in the drive thru.

I have gotten a mocha with coconut milk and no whip twice in the last couple weeks and both times I've received whipped cream and regular milk. Which in turn leaves me with terrible stomach cramps and running to the bathroom most the night. Please, take time to read the drink orders correctly as people who are lactose intolerant cannot have dairy. Plus, drinks are expensive now and it's super frustrating.

I used the drive through after a long work night. I had to be in the area for a tire emergency. It was super busy, but they handled it no problem. We all moved swiftly through. The service was friendly and really on top of their game too. I was so tired when I ordered, I really appreciated that. It helps me not get distracted.

I went and ordered a Chai.Te latte and I got me the wrong one ,it's no the first time they do that so today I went and ask to exchanged for the one I ordered and they give me a side eye...horrible customer service,a list give me what I order without attitude, I not asking for anything free

I’m very disappointed at this store. They are geared to service the window customers and neglect walking customers. There were 4 employees taking care of the window and none servicing walking customers. After 5 min waiting I was able to order my drink and it was delivered to a different name and incorrect beverage. I’m not going back to this establishment anymore. That’s not the Starbucks service I’m used to. A very disappointed customer.
