I mobile order all the time . I seen on the app today was red reusable cup day, order a drink and get one . So I ordered thinking I would get the cup , turns out it was only on specific drinks . Wow … so no red cup. Guess you gotta read the fine print. What a bummer

Terrible service and dirty location.
My friend opened this store as the manger and i was so excited to have a store at this location. Sadly, it as become one of the slowest stores in the Twin Cities, and one i try to avoid.

I want to start by writing, I appreciate the employees who show up to this Starbucks everyday and do a great job…..my problem is this Starbucks is always understaffed. If you are heading to this Starbucks on a weekend afternoon there is a chance they closed early due to staffing issues. When I order coffee ahead at 6:30am many of times there is a note on the door that mobile order ahead orders need to be picked up through the drive through lane because the inside is closed due to staffing issues.
When the inside is open, be prepared to wait 15 minutes or so for your mobile order because again they are under staffed.
Again, a huge shoutout to those who come to work but a heads up to customers the inside maybe closed (that would be nice to know when placing a mobile order) or if the inside is open your drink may take a while so if you are in a hurry, pick a different Starbucks.

I don’t have any problem with this starbucks. it’s nice and remodeled inside. it’s nearby my house, so i like to drive over and focus on computer work. but they’re almost always closed inside early for no specific reason. it’s just annoying that i can’t even rely on them being open inside. I have been asked to leave when i was in there several times or when i come over they’re already completely closed inside. what’s the reason? it’s a café for a reason , stay open inside if drive thru is open.

SLOWEST Starbucks in the cities. I have been here 2 times recently and both times patrons who have ordered at the counter received their drinks and left before my mobile order was ready. I checked the timestamp on the other patrons drinks and they ordered at 10:11 and were gone by 10:16. My timestamp was 10:05 and I didn’t receive my complete order until 10:25. I will be calling corporate for a full refund. Totally pointless to have a mobile order system with the speed of this store.
Starbucks is known for its consistency but unfortunately all three times I e visited this location they’ve made the simplest drink wrong and to top it off are very dismissive and irritated when asked to fix their mistakes.
Just driving through. I'm from Portland. We waited longer than 15 minutes for one drink. This is the slowest Starbucks I have EVER visited.

I want to highlight a valuable member of your team: Evelyn. I’ve gone through the drive-through a handful of times while Evelyn has been working. Evelyn is always cheerful and kind. With each interaction, she has put a smile on my face with how hyped she makes her customers feel about getting a simple coffee. Her ‘treat yourself’ energy is unmatched! You can get Starbucks anywhere, but not Evelyn! Thank you!

Slow slow slow!! Super close and convenient for me location wise but I choose to drive further because no matter the time of day it's always so incredibly slow. I have no idea what the deal is with this location but they are always so slow

My experience the other day here was mid. I had to walk up and remind them of my drink. My wife had to have them remake hers and the seating was limited. Besides that the staff were very friendly and it was clean inside.
