Was in there on Sunday, December 22 around 7:15pm and received absolutely TERRIBLE service! Before I ordered I showed my Starbucks app so she could scan my barcode. She told me to wait and then started with the order. I kept my phone out the entire time with the barcode showing and she still kept telling me to wait and then finally when the order was due she pretended to scan the app and then I paid. I told her the barcode was not scanned and she said I could not do it. She actually tried to pretend to scan the app knowing she messed up. I complained because I told her I had the app out the entire time and she told me to wait, yet she didn't even APOLOGIZE for her error. She made it seem like not only was it my fault, but it was no big deal. Then to make things worse, when she took my burrito out of the toaster, she just placed it on the counter and went on a break. I had to wait almost 10 min for someone else to ask what I was waiting for. I told the woman (name starts with 'N') what I was waiting for and told her my item would most likely be cold now. Rather than offer to heat it back up, she just rolled her eyes, put the burrito in the bag and gave it to me. I ended up taking a bit into my now cold burrito and just threw it away. I don't know what is wrong with these two, but they should NOT be working at Starbucks if they are unable to treat customers with any basic level of service. I understand that it gets busy sometimes and they were probably stressed out, but that is no excuse to treat a customer. I'm going to reach out to corporate and let them know that they have serious customer service issues with the staff that was working on Dec 22, 7:15pm at the Starbucks in Target at Maple Grove. Absolutely NO EXCUSE for them to act this way!!

Have been ordering at Starbucks off and on for almost a couple decades... This is my very first experience getting a completely wrong order. Ordered a matcha creme frap with soy milk, and a pistachio creme frap. What first came out was some kind of caramel coffee frap? I thought maybe it was the pistachio but minutes later the actual pistachio frap came out. The barista apologized that she misread the cup, remade the matcha frap but didn't get the soy milk... At this point I didn't want to be even more of a bother responsible for even more food waste so I just sucked it up and went home.It wasn't even busy... There was no one was after me the whole time. Please don't rush. No one minds to wait an extra minute for you to get the order correct.The pistachio creme frap was also more brown in color than in pictures, had strong caramel flavor and very bitter aftertaste, so I'm not sure even that was made to order... Or maybe that is how it's supposed to be? I was expecting something closer to pistachio ice cream flavor.On the plus side will save money avoiding Starbucks on future visits to this Target ?

Dietary restrictions: Non dairy options are available, but make sure to confirm they do it right.

A while ago, I came in and got an iced americano with white mocha to sip on while I shopped around. As I was waiting for my drink, I saw a target employee get in line to be served as well. An old lady, who seemed to be the manager of the place, yelled a question to the worker in line. Something about picking up an order. The worker declined, stating she was on break. Old Starbucks lady scoffs and says something along the lines “oh, you know how to order your own drinks, that’s nice.” Of course, I don’t know the dynamic these two have, but it’s odd for the manager (seemingly) of one of the departments at Target be openly rude to a worker in front of customers. It didn’t leave a good impression.As for my drink, the white mocha wasn’t stirred in, but that wasn’t the dealbreaker of this location.

After charging me for several additions to my drink, I was not actually given them. Ordered one of the new drinks, and there was no whipped cream and toppings on there, even though I was charged for them. Then it is impossible to get anyone on the phone. Starbucks just lost really good customers.

I had a really good experience here! Unfortunately I didn’t catch one of their names, but I definitely remember Tyler (more on him later).The lady who took my order was super sweet and nice. She was patient with me as she took my order. I definitely felt bad for taking a long time (it didn’t help that the line was slowly growing behind me), but she didn’t rush me or anything. I really do appreciate it that <3Ok, now moving on the drinks! My sisters and I ordered a vanilla late, matcha green tea frap, and the drink of the week (which was absolutely amazing!). Tyler, the person making our drinks, was super efficient and made the drinks quick. They also tasted so damn good too!! I couldn’t remember if I had ordered a cold vanilla latte, but received an iced version when I was pretty sure I wanted a warm (I use to order a cold one before but wanted a warm one. I might’ve accidentally asked for a cold one out of habit). I asked Tyler if he could make a warm vanilla latte and without hesitation or another thought, he made me a warm version quickly!It was probably one of the best starbucks experience I’ve had here at this location! Also, if you’re wanting to try the drink of the week, it was an iced chai with brown sugar, oat milk, and pumpkin cold foam. You won’t regret getting it!

Just got a drink from there and had a funny interaction with the staff. She processed my order and I paid in cash...she was short $.05 cents. She’s said “here you go hon, we don’t have the 5 cents but you’re good” and proceeded to usher me along.It’s not about the money, it’s about the principle of paying what you owe. It was funny because I think she genuinely didn’t understand what the issue was lol I wonder if Starbucks would be unhappy if everyone started selling their products .05 cents cheaper.

This place was extremely busy when I visited. The service was quick. The staff was polite and the drink was made to perfection. So good job at such a busy time. Keep up the good work #getting it
