I am very disappointed with the service. One of female barista was very rude, didn’t give us a stopper or a sleeve for a hot coffee

As soon as we walked in they were very friendly, we ordered 2 venti’s. One was a pecan that I asked to make into a chai, the other was a sugar cookie also made into a chai. They made BOTH of the drinks wrong. They gave us a venti pecan and sugar cookie mixed in one then a grande half water half pecan latte. We asked them to redo the small drink, they made a venti coffee with pecan syrup instead of chai. Will never go to this one again:)

Drive through wait time is extraordinary. Also got order wrong so had to go inside after 30 minutes. There were 5 staff here, so really don’t understand why so slow. The staff look busy, but it’s honestly baffling how they manage to delay orders in drive through. There were 4 cars ahead of me when I pulled in. Honestly don’t go here. It’s the slowest location I’ve been to. Used to drink coffee at a Starbucks almost daily. Now it’s once every few months. Lost 15 pounds just by cutting out the sugar drinks. Get on the bandwagon people! Do better and avoid time sucks like this! Who has 30 minutes to spend waiting for coffee?!?

This is the SLOWEST Starbucks ever. Only 2 cars and it took about 15+ minutes just to get to the window. my coffee was watered down. Not even a hello at the window. Just an “alreadyyyyy”.

We come here all the time and order the same thing every time. I don’t know what it is but if I go here after noon and the “morning crew” doesn’t make the drinks, the only thing they get right is the pup cup. There is no consistency, and I hate having to go back or be the guy that holds up the line to remake a drink. I’m about to find a new favorite drink over at Scooters.

The 2 girls working the evening shift on 08/20 were great. Their customer service was great. If every Starbucks experience was like this one the company would get my business more often.
Location never asks to use coupons, especially on days they know when promotions are going. Shame on y’all.

The bald man with the black apron was so insanely rude. I have a SEVERE dairy allergy due to Hashimoto’s disease, and my soy chai looked extremely light and did not taste correct. Being concerned about dairy consumption, I went back in and asked it to be remade and he said “it is made with soy. The box is still out.” And I said okay, well can you add another pump of chai or something? I’m sorry it just doesn’t taste right.” He literally yanked the drink away from me, making this snarky face at me, put half a squirt in and shoved the drink back at me. I was absolutely mortified by this behavior. I understand you guys were busy but there is no excuse to exhibit this behavior when you work in customer service.

Showed the female looking humanoid with face piercings (being orientation friendly) my order that was on my phone using their very own app.
You think they'd know how to read their own app. Right??
It was. Dragon drink, trenta size, light ice, 4 scoops of fruit and skim milk.
Got heavy ice, 2 scoops of fruit and couldn't tell on the milk.
The label clearly shows it was a basic order with ZERO modifications.
You wonder why people don't tip?
