Horrible service today. First, when making someone's sandwich, you always wash your hands and put on fresh gloves. The lady and the new employee, failed at both. You could tell the young man was new, but still, that should be the first thing learned. After she made my sandwich with the meat, he was about to put veggies on it. I asked him to change his gloves because he was touching the register screen and everything around it. He had an attitude the whole time, acted like he didn't want to be there, threw veggies on the sandwich, grabbed them from the dirty counter, and even put a black olive near the hole where they put dirty gloves. He then lifted my sandwich off the sheet and put it in the paper, acting like he didn't want to fold it, and cut it horribly. The sandwich was messy and sloppy, and the experience was distasteful. When I mentioned the sandwich should still be on the paper, the employee looked at me and stated they don't wrap it in the paper anymore, which was a lie because I just had Subway and they did it, saying it's against company policy. This was all around horrible , disrespectful , disgusting and very unprofessional. Wow Subway just wow.

I used to work at subway went here to get a tune sub and he put my cheese on before the meat and toasted four balls did not spread the meat and then put the cheese so now I just have four balls of tuna not a tuna melt lol customer service was terrible came in they having a conversation with the last person like I’m not standing there repeated what I wanted four times even tho I said it very clear the first time young crowd so they probably just don’t care about their jobs or take it serious that what I got out of it no tip from me

Didn’t go inside cause I order online and had someone to pick it up so I don’t know much about service and atmosphere but the sandwich was unbelievable small and it was mainly mayonnaise inside my sandwich. My sister also got small amount of meat/veggies inside her sandwich too. Could be just this location but I don’t know since I haven’t gotten subway since like 2018 and I remember having much more stuff inside my sandwich.

Marks of Subway's decline are present here: Rude people who don't know or care about whatever deals might be happening. We came in specifically because of a $3.99 per 6-inch deal. The app said this was a participating store. This was never offered. We ordered one 6-inch so they assumed the other sandwich would be too. $15 for two 6 inch sandwiches is a lot. We didn't stay as we didn't feel welcome there.

We got to the maple grove location at 9:25 and the worker inside has his family members inside and informed us that they were closed… the sign outside said 10:00 pm every day and online it also says 10:00 pm.
I am beyond annoyed as the guy was not friendly and very unprofessional having his family sit inside and watch him clean as he closed an hour early.
If you’re going to claim you’re “closed” fix your sign and website! Unfair to customers who drive there to get kicked out.
Friday, 11/22/24 5PM - Employee #1 was filling orders w/ patience & professionalism including online orders. Employee #2 was in the kitchen behind the wall, clanging pans. Please have a chat w/ employee #2 or he shouldn't be working at Subway.

Such an uncomfortable feeling walking in and ordering. I felt like we were intruding on their life. 2 young girls who had such an attitude. Going to another subway next time. WOW

Took my mom for a sleep study across the street on Wednesday 10/30/2024 and we walked over to Subway to eat and the staff was soooo rude. There was a lady ahead of us and she was trying to tell the employee what kind of bread she wanted and the employee snapped at her and was rude. Then my mom was trying to choose what kind of chicken she wanted and my mom is 66 years old and can be indecisive sometimes, the employee kept rushing her and snapping being rude and nasty. They threw the sandwiches together putting all the toppings in the middle of the bread so when we ate the sandwiches, the ends of the bread was hard because they had no toppings it was all piled in the middle of the sandwich. We couldn’t even eat the sandwiches because of how the employees did them. After paying $30+ to eat there, a refund was not optional so, we will NOT be eating there anymore. And I posted this on other apps so everyone knows not to go to this location. Thanks
