Went for lunch and was surprisingly slow I thought for it being almost noon. Sandwich was great as always, girls were both fast and courteous. Will be back again for lunch!

We got to the maple grove location at 9:25 and the worker inside has his family members inside and informed us that they were closed… the sign outside said 10:00 pm every day and online it also says 10:00 pm.
I am beyond annoyed as the guy was not friendly and very unprofessional having his family sit inside and watch him clean as he closed an hour early.
If you’re going to claim you’re “closed” fix your sign and website! Unfair to customers who drive there to get kicked out.

Such an uncomfortable feeling walking in and ordering. I felt like we were intruding on their life. 2 young girls who had such an attitude. Going to another subway next time. WOW

Took my mom for a sleep study across the street on Wednesday 10/30/2024 and we walked over to Subway to eat and the staff was soooo rude. There was a lady ahead of us and she was trying to tell the employee what kind of bread she wanted and the employee snapped at her and was rude. Then my mom was trying to choose what kind of chicken she wanted and my mom is 66 years old and can be indecisive sometimes, the employee kept rushing her and snapping being rude and nasty. They threw the sandwiches together putting all the toppings in the middle of the bread so when we ate the sandwiches, the ends of the bread was hard because they had no toppings it was all piled in the middle of the sandwich. We couldn’t even eat the sandwiches because of how the employees did them. After paying $30+ to eat there, a refund was not optional so, we will NOT be eating there anymore. And I posted this on other apps so everyone knows not to go to this location. Thanks

I will go out of my way to go to a different Subway from now on. The food was fine, no issues there, but the customer service is TERRIBLE. Every time I have gone in there the employees seem irritated that I am even there. The last time I was there the employee was sitting at the table on her phone when I entered, she let out a big sigh and slowly walked behind the counter. Couldn't even muster up a smile or a greeting. While ordering she just mumbled and wouldn't even look at me. Made me feel not welcome at all and I just wanted to get out of there because I was clearly annoying this girl by coming in and ordering food! Will not go to this location again.

Order sub today super hard and crunchy like the old bread ask for extra lettuce Mayo a couple other things they don't add any extra do not order online the worst sub you get online

Horrible place 10/02/24 I tried to eat inside but she said she closes at 8:30 PM. And then I tried to use the bathroom, but the door was locked and she said she didn't have the key.
Just had a nightmare of an experience at this Subway (9/27/2024). Employees were rude, unhelpful, and didn't correct my order to make it right. They hid in the back area and refused to provide me with a manager or contact number. Unacceptable service on all levels and I'll never come back there again. How disgusting Subway. Do better.

Stay away from this Subway. The customer service is terrible. I have problems every time I go. Always out of something and they prioritize mobile orders over customers standing in line waiting. Go somewhere else.

was not impressed , especially in a nice maple grove location . the store is in BIG NEED of updating . at noon the floors in entrance already needed sweeping. dirty curb appeal on outside eating area , needed a good sweeping . stepping into the store was dull looking and uninviting . servers were nice . I did notice the manager giving two employees instructions , not in a nice friendly manner . more yelling at them what was expected of them at a certain time for later in the day . she needs to talk nicer when the public is right there eating . pretty much will not return to this location . not the same
