Doesn’t do the $6.99 meal deal. Not a big deal. Except they accept the orders online and cancel it after, instead of turning the coupon off. Now they wasted my lunch break and I won’t get my money back for a few days as I wait for a refund.

Went here, ordered one of the items that says "2x cheese" on the menu, employee put on half the cheese and when I mentioned it to him she said he'd have to charge me extra for what the menu says is built into the listed price. Soda machine has been broken for several months. They also do not honor corporate coupons. AVOID THIS LOCATION.

I made and online order for delivery, via selected location they had a personal pizza on there. I didn't get it with my order. So I went in there and the ONLY person working, said they didn't have them. I asked why he didn't call me to let me know. He apparently couldn't refund me either or offer an alternative and he gave me the wrong bread with my sandwich!
Placed an order online that says it is a partipating location for the BOGO foot long sale. Order was canceled when the employee tells me that they don't do those. Then why does it say they are a participating location if they are not going to honor that?
