I ordered a foot long subway and I got the 6 inch one instead and I payed full price for the foot long. When I tried calling nobody picked up the phone, I tried multiple times but still no answer.

Unbelievably bad - got the Gen Z stare as I was trying to just get a 6 inch sub. There was no one minding the place when I got there and had to wait 5 minutes for anyone to show up. When they did the male and female pair wouldn't look at me and the gal didn't seem to know how to make a sub. She was asking me for the type of meat when I said repeatedly whatever comes with the named sub (and the section where the meat and cheese are supposed to be was completely covered and not viewable). One can only hope that they are not committing food waste by just throwing them out if they don't feel like doing something.

The worst subway experience I've ever had, got the order completely wrong, didn't even toasted the Sandwich. He used his hands to split the sandwich in half, I did an online order and I'm sure he used his hands to split it. The portions were really small. Wouldn't be surprised if I get sick after eating that

Not a great experience. Waited almost 5 minutes while the guy working worked on online orders. When I finally got some help I tried to order the special with wheat bread, I was promptly informed it had to be exactly how the picture showed, with white bread. The veggies look dried out so at that point I just left.

Adding a zero just because of the attitude of the service agent there. I don’t know what to choose, and I was just asking if I can make my own mix. He was like asking me sandwich what sandwich and here properly and I said 1 I don’t know the name of the agent, but it was the guy who was there on Sunday, May 25 evening 8:30 PM. He was like so rude and said no. The store is not gonna make good business if there are people like this around. Not going to this store again.

Hate to give bad reviews, unfortunately the Walmart location in Maple Grove deserves it. They put so much salt on the sub it's hard to eat. The employee #999997 (if that is even his #) was probably the worst, unfriendly person I've ever encountered. I said thank you right to his face and he just gave me a dirty look and walked away. This kid needs some serious training!

Went and did my shopping with my mil and kiddo stoped in to get subway and the employee working was rude and refused to make the sandwich which I wanted all because I asked to get pepper jack cheese instead of American and then on top of that he over salted our other sandwich we got wouldn’t ever waste my time or money going to this location if I could give 0 stars I would so disappointed 👎🏻👎🏻

I just drove all the way to subway, arriving 1 1/2 hours before they close, only for the girl working to tell me "Sorry we are closing early tonight because we don't have some here to close, and I'm not closing tonight". None of the food was put away yet, nothing was closed up. Everything was still out and ready.
I was in shock. I understand it's a Friday night, and everyone has plans, but seriously?
