I’ve been placing mobile orders for this location (not that I eat here very often, very rarely do) for some 2 years or maybe even more. It’s always a hit or miss. The food tastes bland and they skim on everything. The workers attitude says it all and the atmosphere is terrible. It’s one of my least favorite locations.

Ordered via app Mon Dec 2. They were closed due to plumbing issues. Guy @ location said he'd cancel transaction on their end. On Wed sent an email to customer service. It's Friday, no refund (went through, so was never "cancelled") & no response from customer service.

I would love to understand the concept behind wearing gloves when you're prepping the food touching the cash register not changing your gloves and going back to the food I want you to know how disgusted I was and I threw my sandwiches in the garbage. Gloves are to be changed if your going to run the register and prep food. You both did it. GROSS

Walked into this Subway. After shaking hands with another customer who was leaving, the worker proceeded to put on clean gloves. I asked him to wash his hands, he said ‘sure’- to which I responded ‘thanks’. I turned my attention to look at their vegees and looked back up to see that the worker was not actually washing his hands, instead he had used a massive amount hand sanitizer and was in the process of vigorously rubbing it in. I said to him, “You can’t use soap and wa….” but didn’t finish my sentence. I was a bit disgusted and decided to not eat there….I walked out. At various Subway locations- on many occasions, I’ve had to ask the workers to wash their hands before beginning to prepare my sandwich so that’s not the issue here. The issue is that THIS worker was willing to substitute proper hand washing with hand sanitizer.

Order online 3 footlongs 2 of my subs were missing bacon (American club n steak add bacon), onions on my sub after specifically asking for none, sauce gushing out my sandwich when I know is not standard.... When I walked into the establishment one of my sandwiches wasn't even in the bag. It looked as if they just threw it on the shelf. Didn't even wanna go back and deal with the two gentlemen working.

Vegetarian options: I like just veggies due to working from home need to be careful of my health and weight

Have been to this shop a few times. Always messy/borderline dirty. Always teens working, no adult supervision. Last 2 times we ordered online they messed up our order. This past time they weren't able to fill the order because they ran out of meat and no one was old enough to run the cutter. They also didn't know how to process a refund and now the manager isn't responding.
Filthy. Cash register area looks like a pig sty. Davene, I think that’s his name, was at the cash register making a scene. Using the f-word. Proceeded to help himself to a glass of pickles…eat them behind the counter. Didn’t know how to run a gift card. Horrible service. The young lady making my sandwich was at least polite. I don’t expect a lot. But this was bad.

Wish I could make zero stars. Drove here 2 times this week at 730pm when I got off work, says there open until 9pm. Clearly closed by 7pm. Update your Google page please or just close. Won't go back here since they can't take 50 seconds out of the day to update hours. Don't waste your gas going to this location!
