dont understand why this location always messes up my online orders. I NEVVER get what I order. I ask for spinache, and they give me lettuce, I ask for onions, and they dont even put them in. I try to call and tell them but they dont even pick up the phone. Horrible location. Go somewhere else.

A store that has little regard for it's customer base. None of their mea is fresh sliced as they advertise and the bread is usually hard. Skimping on toppings and limp veggies like they sat the sun for too long. Jersy mikes all the way from now on.

Been awhile since I have been in a subway. I ordered a 6" meatball sub. Omg they shrunk! I could actually hold the sub in the palm of my hand. Seriously, there wasn't nothing to this sub. On top of that I'm not sure what the meat was. Suppose to be a meatball but I'm not sure what happen to the beef. Sorry guys will not be back. Plus the girl behind the counter assumed I was with the guy behind me. Awkward...

Came in yesterday around 4 o’clock and the workers didn’t even acknowledge I walked in and kept talking amongst each other. After ignoring me someone finally came over to help and whole time he was still talking to them loudly while swearing and other workers were making fun of him for making my sandwich wrong. The one worker told his coworkers he’s gonna steal a sandwich before he leaves and that they “better keep it to themselves otherwise they’re not allowed to steal anything anymore “ I’m 7 months pregnant and just worked all day, I just wanted my food and to leave without the hassle. I got home and realized he put the wrong meat in my sandwich so I couldn’t even eat it. Horrible experience and will not be going back here again. I also forgot to mention they were swearing like this while a young boy was there to get some food too! Very unprofessional!

I was greeted upon entering Subway. The staff was very kind and answered questions I had about a promotion and chicken options. The food was great. My younger son even liked it. I was very impressed.

When I was ordering my food today I grabbed a bag of chips. I'm a diabetic and was feeling a low coming on, so I opened the bag and staring eating them. The lady at the counter told me "next time will you wait to start eating them after you buy them." I said "if I would have waited, you would need to pick me up of the floor." She said "no, but next time wait to start eating them because you don't know if you're payment will go through." I was so pissed I almost told her I will just pay for my chips and forget the sandwich, but I needed to eat. I will never go to that place again.

Fruit flies everywhere and the turkey meat was discolored. I stopped the person from making our sandwiches and walked out. Really grossed out.

Not the best experience, i would avoid this location. Asked for a 6-inch chicken bacon ranch without bacon. I received a footlong with bacon, the workers did not ask what kind of cheese I wanted or if I wanted it toasted. this is the second time the service at this subway has not been the greatest, will probably choose different locations in the future.

All I will say is a #1 rating is too high . The worst subway i have ever been to . quality and clean atmosphere were horrid. I hate giving bad reviews . this is a chain restaurant , never again . price hike and quality , service , taste all bad

Ordered online, went into store, got in line with everyone else to wait my fair turn, and the lady says she has 10 more minutes... There's no one else behind me. I'm here now didn't cut in line... wow. Lady didn't even acknowledge me and swifty dismissed me... Trash service from Shanequa, "store manager." We'll find another subway next time.

I was never greeted upon entering the restaurant. There were three girls working there. They greet others who walked in after me. I requested no cheese as I am lactose intolerant. But the lady put cheese on my sandwich. I did not realize until I opened it to eat it. The “toasted” was barely even toasted. The sandwich was soggy still. As the sandwich was toasting the cashier told me to checkout. Confused, I went to checkout. And the cashier was asking me questions as the other lady that was doing veggies was asking me questions. You can tell they just wanted you out. Let a bad impression on me. I also didn’t get my receipt. But what can you expect of subway? It’s not the same anymore.
