I haven't been to a Taco Bell in a long time. I brought my young kids this time. This one was very clean. The employees were very nice. They still have a good value menu, which is less common these days so I really appreciated it.
Food was cold and it looked unpleasant. I ordered the nacho fries and crunch wrap supreme. I should've just sticked with the quesadillas that I typically order.

Mostly anything that you order has refried beans and are nasty. I ordered 2 Beefy 5 Layer Burito with no Beans I barely got any meat ,sour cream, and it was a sloppy Burrito And I said no Beans I should have gotten extra meat with those Ice Cream Cone Dippers Lol. That's how much meat you get and it's not fair to All PEOPLE

Don't bother with this Taco Bell. Staff is rude, messes up orders on multiple visits and I was called a "racist liberal" by the incredibly rude cashier James. I just wanted food after long week and I have to deal with harassment. Not that it should matter, but I'm biracial and I certainly don't freely call people racist and have dealt with it my entire life. That's a very serious accusation no matter skin color one is. Very disappointed that someone in customer service was so rude, cocky and blatantly disrespectful.

If I could give this place a 0, I would. Horrible experience. My order was delivered late. I called the restaurant to ask about my order. The associate said we are getting done with your order and disconnected the call. When I received the order, one of the items was missing, and the other 2 were cold. The French fries looked like they were leftovers. I had to trash all my orders

Tacobell lost all value. Overpriced and super stale old food. My soft shell taco was hard.
Stopped in with my son for a quick bite around midnight on way back home from the cities and had 2 cars in front of us. Took around 15 minutes to get to the speaker. Couldn’t understand a word this guy said. Then I get to the window and some other guy tries talking to me. But was in Spanish and he didn’t understand what I was saying. Then several mins later they hand me my food and it’s not even close to what I ordered. Then the one guy who spoke some English said I should pull around and wait until they can figure out where my food is. By this point I’d been in line for over 25 mins. I got a refund and left. I talked to a couple people who were in the parking lot and they all said their orders were messed up and waited 20-40 mins as well. Just ate at a gas station instead. Maybe hire a competent crew and at least 1 worker who is fluent in English.
