Time: 12:15 AM - Pulled up to the drive-thru, ready to grab some late-night food. The employee hit me with the "we don't accept card only cash." Ummm... What is this, 1995? Do I look like that one uncle that stuffs cash under his mattress because he doesn't trust banks? Cash only? Guess I’ll just check my pockets for some loose… oh right, all I have is disappointments and a credit card.
Ordered the food and pulled up to the window. Good thing my friend was carrying $100 in ones. Weirdo. Either they’re really into budgeting or they work as a magician. Paid, grabbed the food, and headed home.
First up—the chips. Either these chips were smoked over a campfire, or someone in the kitchen has a side gig as a chimney, cuz these chips tasted like straight-up ash. Went for the Chalupa next. Nothing like biting into a Chalupa Supreme and wondering if I accidentally ordered the "Supreme Court Ruling" because that thing was solid. Even a grandma with industrial strength dentures would’ve tapped out and called it a day.
So yeah… after choking down ash-flavored chips, gnawing through a rock-solid Chalupa, and experiencing the slow betrayal of my own expectations, I can proudly say: I’m not just a customer. I’m a survivor

The customer service is absolute garbage. This is the second time I've ordered breakfast and was given the wrong item. How hard is it to get a sausage breakfast crunchwrap correct?! No receipt was given and the woman on the phone who said she was the manager said I have to COME BACK IN for a refund, even though I used my card. Then she gave the phone to a different employee. Why would a manager give the phone to someone else? It makes zero sense. And I can't just drive back there. That's ridiculous. I'm filing a dispute with my CC.

Absolutely gross. This visit made me remember why I stopped even bothering with Taco Bell period. Hard, dry, unfried Chalupa shells that were disgusting and made me feel like I was eating a taco made with an old pita bread for a shell. The crispy tacos were stale and had the texture of brittle cardboard. Have called and talked to a manager before about 10 months ago and was told I would be sent free meal vouchers/coupons but never recieved any. Tired of spending $30 on a meal for my wife and I and having to eat shit. Especially when we can go sit down at any average Mexican joint and enjoy free chips and salsa while I wait for food that is better...for cheaper.

Went through the drive through, ordered two meals. After leaving found out that one of the meals was wrong, and one of the drinks was wrong. Went back and the worker started arguing with us telling us “no you didn’t order that” and then after telling her the drink was wrong she seemed annoyed like it was our fault. she then took the drink and food back, handed us the new food, and did not even apologize.

I would consider myself a Taco Bell fan I try all the new stuff and eat Taco Bell almost every day this location has gotten my order wrong so may times I can’t even remember my first few expirences. Today I had it I did the build your own box like normal got the Gordita crunch and Baja no ice they ended up giving me a Gordita no crunch and a normal dew with ice. It’s not like they were in a rush either driveway through was empty parking lot was empty. This location is consistently like this two. It’s easier for me to list my good expirences from this location than it is for me to list the bad. From cold food to straight up the wrong order this place does it all wrong
I got a Mexican pizza and it looks like it came out of a commercial ad! First time coming here it was quick, great food and service!

I sat at the counter for more than 5 minutes and they just stared at me. Chips taste like they were burned in a fire and cheese not even melted. Terrible for such a nice location. Will never return to this one
